The research method used is library research using a content analysis approach, namely in the form of descriptive-analytical reading of various primary and secondary sources. Global competition in the industrial world is getting faster and tighter. The company's need for reliable human resources capable of winning the competition is very large. PT. Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (TMMIN) as one of the well-known automotive industry companies is very serious in preparing human resources by establishing the Toyota Indonesia Community Academy under the umbrella of the Toyota Indonesia Foundation. Its vision is to produce graduates who are Tanggap (Perceptive), Tangkas (Agile) and Tangguh (Perseverance). As a Japanese company, PT. Toyota implements a 5R work culture (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin) adopted from the Japanese 5S work culture (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke). This work attitude is also applied in coaching students to develop Soft Skills and Hard Skills. Islam is a universal and comprehensive religion that contains and summarizes all aspects of life. The spirit and motivation of Islam has influenced various sectors of life. In the world of work, Islamic principles and values give birth to a distinctive work ethic; as a Muslim's self-actualization of the teachings and principles he believes in (QS. 62:10), a representation of enthusiasm and work motivation based on the spirit of worshiping Allah SWT (QS. 51:56), as a manifestation of good deeds (QS. 41: 46). This research resulted in the finding that there is an intersection of the concept of a Muslim work ethic based on good deeds (QS. 2:177) with a 5R work attitude which is a derivative of Japanese culture kaizen (continuous improvement). Likewise, it was also found that the relevance of the Muslim work ethic and 5S work attitude to the 3T character of AKTI students
Issues and challenges of maintenances works for Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) student accommodation under private finance initiative
The Ministry of Higher Education has decided to use the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) concept for the development of Public University student accommodation as an effort to reduce the financial burden on the Government and to ensure the projects development to be completed on time as stipulated in contract and all developments risk shall be borne solely by the Concession. Upon project handover, the Asset Management Services (AMS) shall start until the end of the concession period. During AMS period, lack of guideline on how to monitor maintenance works has led to some important components or criteria in the maintenance aspect is ignored. The objective of this study are to determine user satisfaction on hostel facilities maintained by concessionaire, to identify critical issues and challenges in AMS period and to develop maintenance checklist for critical services during AMS period. Hundred (100) questionnaires sets using five point Likert scale method were collected while six (6) respondents involved in interview session. Collected data were analyzed using frequency distribution, average index and content analysis method. Based on the findings, occupant agreed and satisfied with the hostel facilities maintained by the concessionaire. Three (3) services has been identified namely landscape, electricity and Wi-Fi services as critical issues in maintenance works during AMS period. The findings also show that procurement management, others item and failure of maintenance strategies become one of the major issues and challenges faced by the Government and the concessionaire. In order to improve the performance of maintenance works, maintenance checklist has been proposed that can be considered in any Government project on student accommodation

The reducing agent used in this study was oxalic acid and glucose. Birnessite synthesized has been characterized using XRD, SEM and methylene blue adsorption. The XRD results indicated that the two types of reducing agents produced mainly birnessite phases with different crystallinity .Birnessites synthesized from two reducing agents have different surface properties as indicated from data of SEM and methylene blue adsorption
Preparasi Mangan Oksida Hasil Pertukaran Kation Mg 2+ dengan K-birnessite yang Disintesis Menggunakan Reduktor Glukosa
Todorokite is a family of tunneled manganese oxide with 3x3 tunnel framework. It could beprepared through a precursor Mg-birnessite by reflux method. In this study, K-birnessite was prepared by ceramic routes using glucose as reducing agent. K-birnessite was then ion-exchanged with Mg 2+ to form Mg-birnessite. The typical reaction conditions for ion-exchanged K + with Mg 2+ were as follows: contact times of 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18 hours with 16 hours for the optimum replacement ion K + with ion Mg 2+ . The total replacement of ion K + by ion Mg 2+ was 94,32%. Data from the X-ray diffraction pattern showed the formation of todorokite at 2Ө = 9,02o with d-spacing 9,79Å, but the peak for K-birnessite also appeared at an angle 2Ө = 12,57o with d-spacing 7,03Å. Thermal analysis of Mg-birnessite was observed by TG-DTA curve that showed the weight loss of Mg-birnessite about 20%. DTA curve also showed endotermic peak at 900oC, which indicated the transformation phase from layered to tunneled structure
ANALYSIS OF LANGUAGE STYLE IN TRILOGY NOVEL HUJAN BULAN JUNI BY SAPARDI DJOKO DAMONO
This research is qualitative research using Gorys Keraf's language style theory which aimed to; 1) Analyze the types of figurative language in the trilogy of the novel Hujan Bulan Juni by Damono. 2) Analyzing the meaning of figurative language in the trilogy of Hujan Bulan Juni by Damono. The data sources in this study were three books of the novel Hujan Bulan Juni trilogy. The data collection technique used is that used is the library, read, note-take. The results indicated that in the novel trilogy, Hujan Bulan Juni used the language styles of Alliteration, Association, Anastrof, Apofasis or Preterisio, Apostrophe, Asindeton, Polisendeton, Chiasmus, Elipsis, Euphemismus, Litotes, Histeron Proteron, Pleonasm, and Tautology, Periphrasis, Prolepsis or anticipation, Erotesis or Rhetorical Question, Sylepsis, and Zeugma, Correction or Epanortosis, Heperbola, Paradox, Oxymoron. This was because Sapardi Djoko Damono created the best use of language to obtain the aesthetic effect of language
Comparative study on various dielectric barriers and their effect on breakdown voltage
Non-pressurised air is extensively used as basic insulation medium in high-voltage equipment. Unfortunately, an inherent property of air-insulated design is that the system tends to become physically large. On the other hand, the application of dielectric barriers can increase the breakdown voltage and therefore decrease the size of the equipment. In this study, the impact of dielectric barriers on breakdown voltage enhancement is investigated under both direct current (dc) and alternating current (ac) applied voltages. For this purpose, three kinds of dielectric barriers in two different high-voltage electrode structures are investigated. In the first structure, several experiments are carried out with four different electrode arrangements, keeping the inter-electrode gap constant while varying the position of the dielectric barrier between the electrodes. In the second structure, the inter-electrode gap is varied while the high-voltage electrode is covered with dielectric materials. The influences of different parameters such as inter-electrode spacing, electric field non-uniformity factor, and dielectric materials on the breakdown voltage are investigated for applied 50 Hz ac and dc voltages. In addition, a simulation model to approximately calculate the breakdown voltage is proposed and validated with the experimental results

Historical consciousness as a public discourse : an analysis of Malaysian experience
Historical consciousness refers to one’s ability to apply historical knowledge in life. In a social context, a society with historical consciousness will always take into account past experiences as a guide to deal with one another. This condition however does not exist naturally. Aside from nurturing ‘the concern for history’, a set of data should be available as a guideline for the public. Data organized as discourses will guide an individual or society through the initial historical consciousness process. This article attempts to conceptually highlight the process of empowering historical consciousness in Malaysia. The focus will be on surveys of discourses by several organizations or actors related to the country’s history. These include schools, museums and non-governmental organizations such as the Persatuan Sejarah Malaysia (Malaysian Historical Society), The Patriots, the Pusat Sejarah Rakyat (People’s History Center) and the Kempen Sejarah Malaysia Sebenar (Real Malaysia History Campaign [KemSMS]). Using qualitative data, this study employs content analysis on each of their selected historical discourses. Apart from exploring their efforts at increasing historical awareness, this article maps out each actor’s inclination towards a set of historical information. Albeit that each of these actors strive to strengthen historical awareness within the community, the foundation of each discourse is different. Consequently, the essence of the historical awareness promoted becomes contradictory
