    Dynamic ePROM mobile application to improve diabetes consultations. Incorporating patient-gathered data into ePROMs

    People with diabetes live a life of constant need to monitor and manage their illness. Unfortunately, a large number of people with diabetes suffer from diabetes-related distress and depression. A better diabetes consultation can directly impact the health of people with diabetes, both mentally and physically. In this thesis, healthcare practices that previous studies have reported lead to a successful diabetes consultation with an improved health outcome are identified through literature review. The findings are used as the inspiration for designing and implementing a dynamic electronic patient-reported outcome measures (ePROM) mobile application. The application promotes the identified healthcare practices by using the patient-gathered data of each user and tailoring the contents of their questionnaire to them. The application is usability tested with the System Usability Scale is deemed to have good usability (83.75/100) and be a facilitator for better consultations

Slik som det foregår i dag blir det utformet avtaler mellom høgskolen og praksisområdet om praksisplasser. Avtalen fastsetter omfang (antall plasser) for hver utdanning og tidsperiode. Ved siden av dette er det den enkelte utdannings praksisdokumenter som legger føringer for de læringsutbytter studenten skal arbeide opp mot i praksisperioden

    Mastergradsoppgave i utdanningsledelse, Høgskolen i Innlandet, 2020.Norsk: Denne masteroppgaven inneholder to delstudier og en overbyggende kappe. Formålet med oppgaven er å få en dypere forståelse for hvordan ledere av barnehagen kan lede forbedringsarbeid i barnehagen. Det er gjennomført to kvalitative undersøkelser for å belyse dette. Den første har tittelen «Barnehagens betydning for å gi gutter og jenter like forutsetninger for livslang læring og utvikling». Denne undersøker hvordan pedagogiske ledere ser på egen pedagogisk utøvelse når det gjelder språklig tilrettelegging, virkningen av kvalitet i barnehagen og hvilke implikasjoner for ledelse som trengs for å støtte og utvikle denne. Den andre artikkelen har tittelen «Om leders innvirkning på barns læring og utvikling i barnehagen» og belyser hvordan ledere i barnehage kan lede pedagogenes læring og utvikling og hvordan denne læringen kan gå fra å være individuell til å bli organisatorisk. Den overordnede problemstillingen er «Hvordan kan leder i barnehage bygge kapasitet hos personalet for å lykkes bedre i forbedringsarbeid». Funn i undersøkelsene viser at det er en sammenheng mellom prosesskvaliteten og i hvilken grad det er gjensidig forståelse om hvordan det pedagogiske tilbudet skal være. Funn viser også at det er tilfeldig hvilken språklig tilrettelegging barna får og at dette tilsynelatende gir jenter et bedre språklig grunnlag. I artikkel to viser funn at viktige elementer for å lede læring og utvikling er tilstede men at de kan virke tilfeldig om pedagogene ledes ut fra disse. Det konkluderes med at ledere trenger kunnskap om hvilke handlingsteorier som ligger til grunn hos den enkelte pedagog for hvordan de utøver sin pedagogikk. For å kunne lede et effektivt forbedringsarbeid i barnehagen må ledere, i samarbeid med sine pedagoger, finner felles handlingsteorier gjennom å benytte en engasjementstilnærming. Dette krever barnehageledere som er tett på pedagogene i praksisfeltet og som har mot til å sette sine egne handlingsteorier opp til vurdering på lik linje med pedagogene.English: This master`s thesis contains two sub-studies and a comprehensive summary. The aim of the thesis is to deepen the understanding of how preschool leaders can lead preschool improvement work. Two qualitative studies have been carried out to illustrate this. The first is entitled "The importance of preschool for providing boys and girls with equal conditions for lifelong learning and development". This examines how educational leaders view their own pedagogical practice in terms of linguistic facilitation, the impact of quality in kindergarten and what implications for leadership needed to support and develop it. The second article is titled "About the Impact of Leaders on Child Learning and Development in Preschool" and highlights how preschool leaders can guide educators’ learning and development and how this learning can go from being individual to organizational. The overall problem is "How can a preschool leader in kindergarten build the capacity of the staff to better succeed in improvement work”. Findings in the surveys show that there is a connection between the quality of the process and the degree to which there is mutual understanding of what the educational offer should be. Findings also show that it is random what linguistic facilitation the children receive and that this apparently gives girls a better linguistic basis. In article two, findings show that important elements for guiding learning and development are present but that it may appear random if the educators are led by these. The thesis concludes that leaders need knowledge about the underlying theories of action of individual educators’ pedagogy. In order to lead an effective improvement work in the kindergarten, leaders must use an engagement approach to find common action theories together with their educators. This requires preschool leaders who are close to the educators in the field of practice and who have the courage to put their own theories of action up for assessment on an equal basis with the educators

    The purposes of this study are: 1) to analyze learning discipline in participating in timely online learning for fifth-grade students at SDN Sekip II Surakarta. 2) To analyze the discipline of learning in submitting assignments on time at SDN Sekip II Surakarta. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects used in this study were students in class V of Sekip II State Elementary School Surakarta for the 2019/2020 academic year. Data collection methods are observation, structured interviews, and documentation. Observations were used to obtain initial data obtained from class teachers regarding the learning discipline of fifth-grade students at SDN Sekip Surakarta. Structured interviews were used to obtain the required information. Documentation in the form of student name data, photos of research activities, and school profiles. The validity of the data uses source triangulation and technical triangulation. Data analysis in this study includes data reduction. Presentation of data, and verification. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, the following results are obtained: 1) the learning discipline of students in participating in online learning in class V SD Negeri Sekip II Surakarta is said to be good. Some students are disciplined in participating in online learning and some students are not yet disciplined in participating in online learning. Students who are already disciplined in taking part in online learning, that is, always take part in learning on time and take part in learning in an orderly manner. Meanwhile, students who are not disciplined in participating in online learning are not punctual in participating in learning and are not orderly when participating in learning. 2) the learning discipline of students in submitting assignments on time in class V SD Negeri Sekip II Surakarta is said to be good

The indices are compared to indices previously estimated by the BEAM software. In most years the StoX indices for cod are quite similar to those obtained by BEAM, while they are somewhat higher for haddock. The largest deviations were mainly found for age groups with low indices and/or in years with raising of the indices.Norwegian: Sea2Data programmet StoX er brukt til å estimere akustiske indekser med CV for nordøstarktisk torsk og hyse fra vintertoktet i Barentshavet i 1994 til 2017.
