L’approccio integrato alla disabilità in età evolutiva”,

Il bambino affetto da disabilità è portatore di una complessità di bisogni il cui soddisfacimento richiede interventi integrati. Ciò implica l'esistenza di un'équipe multidisciplinare in grado di decodificare le necessità in un'ottica dinamica. Nei servizi preposti alla riabilitazione di bambini e di adolescenti l'integrazione - fino ad ora confinata nel lessico dell'ufficialità e della burocrazia - è ormai un'esigenza impellente. I contributi qui raccolti, mostrando i collegamenti possibili tra quadri legislativi e pratiche operative, tra diversi servizi, tra linguaggi e ambiti d'intervento delle varie figure professionali, tra pratica, formazione, supervisione e ricerca, costituiscono un importante tentativo di cumulare gli sforzi tesi verso l'integrazione, ponendo il confronto con la realtà a premessa di un suo possibile superamento

The Chance project: complex interventions with adolescent school drop-outs in Naples

In this paper the authors describe their long experience, as psychoanalytically oriented psychotherapists, with an experimental school project with adolescent school drop-outs, a project that has been running in three deprived contexts of Naples. In the paper the structure of the psychological project supporting workers involved with these disruptive adolescents is analysed in detail along with the theoretical framework that lies behind it. The authors also give some illustrations that show the intense dynamics present in this field of work and some meaningful developments observed in the relationships and communications between adolescents and adults and in the group of peers
