Analysis of direct punch velocity in professional defence
This paper is focused on analysis of a direct punch. Nowadays, professional defence is basic part of effective protection of people and property. There are many striking techniques and the goal of this research was to analyze the direct punch. The analysis is aimed to measure the velocity with help of high speed camera Olympus i-Speed 2 and then find the dependences of this velocity on input parameters. For data analysis two pieces of software were used - i-Speed Control Software and MINITAB. 111 participants took part in this experiment. The results are presented in this paper - especially dependence of mean velocity on time and difference in velocity between genders. © 2016 Author(s)
Methodology of the determination of the uncertainties by using the biometric device the broadway 3D
The biometric identification by face is among one of the most widely used methods of biometric identification. Due to it provides a faster and more accurate identification; it was implemented into area of security 3D face reader by Broadway manufacturer was used to measure. It is equipped with the 3D camera system, which uses the method of structured light scanning and saves the template into the 3D model of face. The obtained data were evaluated by software Turnstile Enrolment Application (TEA). The measurements were used 3D face reader the Broadway 3D. First, the person was scanned and stored in the database. Thereafter person has already been compared with the stored template in the database for each method. Finally, a measure of reliability was evaluated for the Broadway 3D face reader. © 2016 Author(s)
Software for CCTV systems design
The article is focused on the software, which is used in the design of the CCTV systems. It shows tools available online, tools for PC and mobile applications. It describes the basic components of the camera systems, their characteristics and current trends in CCTV systems. Moreover, it compares two selected software tools, their features and supported functions. In the practical part, these tools are used for the design of a CCTV system and the whole process is described in detail.Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic within the National Sustainability Programme [LO1303 (MSMT-7778/2014)]; European Regional Development Fund under the project CEBIA-Tech [CZ.1.05/2.1.00/03.0089
Kompatybilność elektromagnetyczna przekaźników bezprzewodowych
The examination of electromagnetic susceptibility of electronic devices is an important part of the process of design, development and construction of the electronic device. Surge is one of the types of electromagnetic interference and all the electronic devices must be tested on this type of interference according to international standards. Surge often occurs at the atmospheric disturbances such as lightning or at disorders in the energy of the high voltage network. The surge can cause failure of devices or even its permanent damage or destruction, in case the electronic device has insufficient electromagnetic immunity. © 2016, Wydawnictwo SIGMA - N O T Sp. z o.o. Determination of the uncertainties and the physiological similarities of family members by using the biometric device the broadway 3D
The biometric identification by the face is one of the oldest biometric identification. With increasing progress has been using of identification by the face was implemented into area of security, where it provides a faster and more accurate identification. The 3D face reader uses for the identification of the person: eyes, mouth, nose, and in contrast to 2D readers also chin and cheeks. 3D face reader by Broadway manufacturer was used to measure the physiological similarities of family members. It is equipped with the 3D camera system, which uses the method of structured light scanning and saves the template into the 3D model of face. The obtained data were evaluated by software Turnstile Enrolment Application (TEA). The participants of the measurement were members of three different families. Each person was compared with the previously saved templates of other family members. On basis of this fact was evaluated the similarity of family members. © Research India Publications.MSMT-7778/2014, MĹ MT, Ministerstvo Ĺ kolstvĂ, MládeĹľe a TÄ›lovĂ˝chov
Podatność elektromagnetyczna kamery IP
Electromagnetic susceptibility is an important ability of all electronic and electric devices which are located in the area with electromagnetic interference. The paper is focused on IP camera and it describes its levels of electromagnetic susceptibility against electromagnetic interference. The measurement must be performed according to standard EN 50130-4 ed. 2. © 2016, Wydawnictwo SIGMA - N O T Sp. z o.o. All rights reserved
Impact of security cameras on electromagnetic environment in far and near-field
Electromagnetic interference constitutes a serious problem for the design and operation of electronic and electrical security devices or systems because the impairment of the device function gives rise security complications. The complications may be associated with false alarms, errors in control of connected devices, image defects, losses of communication. The main purpose of the experiment reported here was to analyze and compare the level of the electromagnetic interference in a near and far field. In addition, the article also provides an interesting comparison of the results obtained by measuring in the Gigahertz Transverse Electromagnetic cell and semi-anechoic chamber. © 2016 IEEE
Shooting training of the CSI staff
This article focuses on firearms training in the commercial security industry. The article is divided into three parts: in the first, the authors provide a description of firearms in the commercial security industry (hereinafter referred to as csi). The second part presents and explores some general problems of training and orientation for the conditions of csi. Analysis centres on target situations, types of targets, and the importance of stress and time elements. The final part of the article is aimed to the diff erences in the needs of the individual functions in the csi and identifying common grounds with connecting elements, which are specific to each function in csi. © 201
Utilization of 3D sensors in biometry
The begin of this article is about biometric systems. Where writers tried to describe the basic division of Biometric systems. Following part of article will be focused on sensors issues. Where are given simple labels of scanners and 3D scanners. The next part of this article showing description of scanner usage in biometric systems (face identification, finger print, etc…). This article is focused on understanding of biometric scanning. © 2016 Research India Publications
Electromagnetic compatibility of arduino development platform in near and far-field
The electromagnetic compatibility is a very popular scientific discipline that widely affects the electronic devices. The electromagnetic radiation can be associated with many distortion and errors in the microcontrollers. The main purpose of this article is to examine the EMC of a cheap development kit, namely Arduino. In addition, the article provides the comparison of the results in terms of electromagnetic susceptibility and interference. © 2017, Research India Publications.
