Sequence analysis and divergence among the species was assessed. Genbank accessionnumbers were obtained for the different species. Phylogenetic tree based on Maximum-Likelihood method wasdrawn on the basis of multiple sequence alignment , which revealed clustering of individuals according to thegenera.
