The main purpose of this research paper is to investigate how demographic factors impact per- ceived risks online and intention to use mobile banking. For conducting this paper, several aca- demic papers have been reviewed. In order to conduct research, the research model developed by Makhitha & Ngboeni (2021) was applied as a reference. The first part of the paper is about the literature review of mobile banking, perceived risks and demographic factors. The second part of the paper contains empirical analysis which was conducted based on a collected data by the survey
