    ABSTRACT Introduction HIV and AIDS has become a national problem and needs attention fromvarious parties. People with HIV and AIDS (PLWHA) are included in the SWSA (Social Welfare Service Administration) section, PLWHA really need help and support from family, medical personnel, psychologists, social workers, society, community, peers and others, because of this disease It is a chronic disease that requires comprehensive treatment. This study aims to determine the relationship between community attitudes and quality of life of PLHIV in Kuldesak Depok, West Java. The hypothesis is that there is a relationship between community attitudes and the quality of life of PLHIV in Kuldesak Depok, West Java. Method This research method uses a correlational quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this research is technique purposive sampling as many as 110 people. Results The results show that there is a significant relationship between the community attitude variable and the quality of life variable with a moderate correlation and a positive direction of 0.000 <0.05 with a correlation value of 0.500. Conclusions This study concluded that the higher the community attitude towards PLHIV, the higher the quality of life within PLWHA. Keywords: Quality of life; HIV and AIDS; community attitude. ABSTRAK Pandahuluan HIV dan AIDS sudah menjadi masalah nasional dan perlu mendapatkan perhatian dari berbagai pihak. Orang dengan HIV dan AIDS (ODHA) termasuk dalam bagian PPKS (Pemerlu Pelayanan Kesejahteraan Sosial), ODHA sangat membutuhkan bantuan dan dukungan dari keluarga, tenaga medis, psikolog, pekerja sosial, masyarakat, komunitas, teman sebaya dan lain-lain, karena penyakit ini merupakan penyakit kronis sehingga membutuhkan penanganan yang kompeherensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan sikap komunitas dan kualitas hidup ODHA di Kuldesak Depok Jawa Barat. Hipotesisnya adalah terdapat hubungan sikap komunitas dengan kualitas hidup ODHA di Kuldesak Depok Jawa Barat. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 110 orang. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel sikap komunitas dengan variabel kualitas hidup dengan korelasi sedang dan arah positif sebesar 0,000<0,05 dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,500. Kesimpulan Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi sikap komunitas pada ODHA , maka semakin tinggi pula kualitas hidup dalam diri ODHA.     DETERMINING NUMERICAL REFERENCES OF SOME BIOCHEMICAL VARIABLES AS PREDICATIVE INDICATORS IN OFFENSIVE SKILLFUL PERFORMANCE OF YOUNG FOOTBALLERS

    The research aims to devise, with predictive equivalence for interactive skill performance, options for some biochemical indicators as well as resistance to rubber layers. Categories of which the research included the human field in young football players, and determined the time frame for a period from 22/9/2023 to 25/1/2024. The researchers used the descriptive approach in the style of correlational and predictive relationships. The research sample consisted of 50 players from youth football clubs in Maysan Governorate. The researchers applied skill tests and extracted the scientific foundations for them. The SPSS system was also used to obtain the results of the research. The researchers concluded the independent variables contributed a high percentage to offensive skill performance, as well as devising a predictive equation through which offensive skill performance can be predicted in terms of some biochemical variables in the research sample. The researchers recommended, according to the results and conclusions reached that coaches must pay attention to biochemical indicators as they are one of the basic requirements that affect athletic skill performance, as well as adopting predictive equations as an indicator of the players' condition in offensive skill performance in the future.  Article visualizations

    The Kinetic responses and foraging behavior of Drosophila melanogaster larvae

    Adaptive responses in larval behavior may be of two kinds: Taxis: This involves a change in direction relative to source of a stimulus. Kinesis: Kinesis has no directional component, but involves change in the rate of performance in response to a stimulus. Drosophila larvae exhibited flexible behavioral responses associated with food acquisition and selection for different environmental conditions. In this investigation, we are concerned explosively with kinetic responses to food viability. Third instar larvae were subjected to test for thirty minutes in each of the following conditions i) in distilled water, ii) in Ringer's solution, iii) in glucose solution and on live yeast suspension. In each case the larva was in a thin layer of solution, or suspension over agar gel. On non – nutritive substrates, such as distilled water the predominant behavior is locomotion accompanied by exploratory movements foraging for food. When food is encountered the predominant behavior shifts from locomotion to feeding by sustained rhythmic scooping with the mouth hooks. Locomotore activity remains constant on yeast but immediately rises on transfer to Ringer's solution over the observation period. This is orthokinesis. On transfer to glucose solution larvae again show the instant rise in locomotion, but remains at a constant level with no evidence of an orthokinetic response. Feeding activity rate remains constant on yeast whereas in Ringer's solution we observe another kinetic response, for which we propose the term fagokinesis. This response is not observed when larvae were transferred to glucose solution

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini dalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk teologi sufistik islam dalam kisah-kisah Nasruddin Juha ditinjau dari prespektif konsep subjek kolektif.Mengetahui bagaimana bentuk teologi sufistik islam dalam kisah-kisah Nasruddin Juha ditinjau dari prespektif konsep pandangan dunia. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif Deskriptif. Sumber data primer adalah Ontologi Cerpen Keledai Syeikh Juha dan sumber data sekunder adalah buku-buku yang berhubungan dengan teologi sufistik dan sosiolinguistik terutama tentang strukturalisme genetik Lucien Goldmann. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan teknik baca catat. Untuk mendapatkan data yang benar-benar valid peneliti menggunakan teknik validasi data dengan menggunakan Triangulasi data. Dan dalam menganalisis data peneliti menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang meliputi reduksi, penyajian data dan yang terakhir adalah verifikasi. Dari penelitian ini deiketahui bahwa yang disebut konsep subjek kolektif adalah ketika pengarang tidak dipandang sebagai individu melainkan menjadi bagian dari masyarakat. Dalam ontologi cerpen ini Syeikh Juha menjadi cermin dan gambaran dari kehidupan sufi pada zaman itu. Mereka benar-benar mengimplementasikan kehidupan sufisme pada diri mereka seperti, selalu hidup sederhana, tidak berbohong, berhusnudzon dan amalan-amalan pencuci hati yang lain. Yang disebut dengan konsep pandangan dunia adalah interaksi antar kelompok sosial atau kelas sosial. Dalam ontologi cerpen ini interaksi kelas sosial adalah antara seorang raja dan hamba, antara kelas menengah kebawah dan menengah keatas, dan antar sesama

    MTS2Graph: Interpretable Multivariate Time Series Classification with Temporal Evolving Graphs

    Conventional time series classification approaches based on bags of patterns or shapelets face significant challenges in dealing with a vast amount of feature candidates from high-dimensional multivariate data. In contrast, deep neural networks can learn low-dimensional features efficiently, and in particular, Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) have shown promising results in classifying Multivariate Time Series (MTS) data. A key factor in the success of deep neural networks is this astonishing expressive power. However, this power comes at the cost of complex, black-boxed models, conflicting with the goals of building reliable and human-understandable models. An essential criterion in understanding such predictive deep models involves quantifying the contribution of time-varying input variables to the classification. Hence, in this work, we introduce a new framework for interpreting multivariate time series data by extracting and clustering the input representative patterns that highly activate CNN neurons. This way, we identify each signal's role and dependencies, considering all possible combinations of signals in the MTS input. Then, we construct a graph that captures the temporal relationship between the extracted patterns for each layer. An effective graph merging strategy finds the connection of each node to the previous layer's nodes. Finally, a graph embedding algorithm generates new representations of the created interpretable time-series features. To evaluate the performance of our proposed framework, we run extensive experiments on eight datasets of the UCR/UEA archive, along with HAR and PAM datasets. The experiments indicate the benefit of our time-aware graph-based representation in MTS classification while enriching them with more interpretability

    Exploring Resource-Based Actor Engagement in Microfinance Institutions: The Service-Dominant Logic Perspective

    Actor engagement is an emerging area of research in service-dominant logic yet equated with the traditional view of customer engagement. The narrow explanation of cognitive and emotional perspectives obstructs the theory building to further understand the resource-based perspective of actor engagement, thus warranting an inductive inquiry. The interrelated categorization is also a missing link in the literature, and this study fills this gap.  This qualitative study explores antecedents of actor engagement with a resource-based perspective at pre, core, and post-service encounters. While adopting the qualitative Gioia methodology, twenty-five customers of microfinance institutions were interviewed to explore the phenomenon. Our study reveals that in the pre-resource integration phase, the value fit and actors\u27 dexterity are the antecedents that bring actor engagement. The alignment of integrated resources and service interaction disposition ensures engagement at the resource-integration phase, whereas, in the post-integration phase, actor engagement is affected by the service outcome. Furthermore, the actors\u27 association with networks influences the engagement, and information gateways interconnect all three phases. This study offers four unique propositions to explain interrelated resource-based actor engagement. Microfinance institutions moving towards digital banking can adopt the study findings to redesign engaging strategies at an actor-to-actor level to ensure brand loyalty and commitment. Researchers can quantitatively test the proposed propositions for further conceptual advancement

    EFFECTIVENESS OF GIVING MORINGA LEAF EXTRACT (MORINGA OLEIFERA) IN REDUCING BLOOD PRESSURE SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

    Hypertension, which is an increase in blood pressure, has a prevalence based on Riskesdas in 2018 at the age ≥18 years, which is around 34.1%. Various treatment methods have been developed because if hypertension is not treated it can cause symptoms and serious complications. Other than using chemical drugs such as beta-blockers or ACE inhibitors, people are starting to consider therapy with natural ingredients such as Moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera). It contains compounds that have an antihypertensive effect such as flavonoids and potassium. This study aims to determine the compound, effectiveness, and mechanism of Moringa leaf as an antihypertensive by using a systematic review method. This method is carried out by searching literature using certain keywords based on PRISMA-P, and then data from ten literatures is extracted to be discussed and concluded based on the objectives. The result, obtained various compounds in Moringa leaf extract have certain mechanisms in lowering blood pressure such as flavonoid compounds, such as kaempferol and quercetin, as well as other compounds such as several organic acids, potassium, and alkaloids. Moringa leaf extract also effectively lowers blood pressure in animals and humans with different doses. This study concludes that the administration of Moringa leaf extract can effectively reduce blood pressure due to the antihypertensive mechanism caused by the phytochemical content

    Classification of EEG Signals Using Quantum Neural Network and Cubic Spline

    The main aim of this paper is to propose Cubic Spline-Quantum Neural Network (CS-QNN) model for analysis and classification of Electroencephalogram (EEG) signals. Experimental data used here were taken from seven different electrodes. The work has been done in three stages, normalization of the signals, extracting the features by Cubic Spline Technique (CST) and classification using Quantum Neural Network (QNN).  The simulation results showed that five types of EEG signals were classified with an average accuracy for seven electrodes that is 94.3% when training 70% of features while with an average accuracy of 92.84% when training 50% of features

    Influence of Coopetition on Firm Financial Performance: Mediating Role of Open Innovation Performance

    It is essential for a firm to take advantage of the rising phenomenon of coopetition across multiple firms and marketplaces in today's highly competitive climate to enhance its financial performance. Hence, this study contributes to the existing body of literature by probing the link between coopetition and the success of open innovation initiatives in Pakistani SMEs. The failure of Pakistani SMEs to establish a controlled method of coopetition has had a deleterious effect on financial performance. The current research is conducted to identify the low open innovation problem in Pakistani small and medium enterprises (SMEs), which has a negative effect on financial performance. It aims to investigate the impact of coopetition on financial performance and the mediating function of the firm’s open innovation performance in it. To achieve this objective, a survey employing a cross-sectional research design was conducted. The respondents were selected from SMEs operating in the service sector in the cities of Bahawalpur, Multan, and Lodhran in Pakistan. A total of 155 questionnaires were distributed among managerial employees of the above SMEs. The data collected from the responses to the questionnaires was analyzed through Partial Least Square-Structure Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). It was found that coopetition has a strong role in boosting financial performance. The importance of trust and dependence in crafting an effective coopetition strategy is also emphasized in this research

    Artificial intelligent smart home automation with secured camera management-based GSM, cloud computing, and arduino

For the purpose of home automation, this technique offers an exciting capability to enhance the connectivity of equipment within the home. Also, with the rapid expansion of the Internet, there are potentials that added to the remote control and monitoring of such network-enabled devices. In this paper, we had been designed and implemented a fully manageable and secure smart home automation system based on a cloud computing system with an ESP Arduino system. The security of home had been improved by adding a complete camera system with a GSM communication technique to connect the Arduino output data to an external specified number if there is no internet provider. We used three sensors for temperature, gas, and motion measurements. The ESP8226 Wi-Fi device programmed the sensors to maintain the sensors measurements and transfer them to the cloud server database which is programmed to the web server via Appatshy and Mysql formats. The system implemented with high time response so that all readings updated and appeared spontaneously. The designed system should be effective, a secure, and rapid response real-time smart home system should be achieved
