Comunicación política de Guillermo Lasso sobre la crisis carcelaria en el primer año y medio de gobierno

La presente investigación expone el análisis de discurso del presidente Guillermo Lasso sobre la crisis carcelaria ocurrida en su gobierno. Estas muertes sangrientas dentro de las cárceles del Ecuador en las diferentes provincias del país, ha demostrado que las bandas narcodelictivas han tomado el control dentro de las cárceles, por tal motivo se puede evidenciar el número alto de las masacres. La metodología abarca un enfoque cualitativo, para lo cual se utilizó el paradigma interpretativo. Para el respectivo análisis de discurso se trabajó con el autor Teun Van Dijk enfocándose en el texto, contexto, acción e ideología. Permitiendo de esa manera cumplir con los objetivos planteados. Esta investigación tuvo el propósito de responder la pregunta que se planteó en esta investigación ¿de qué forma fue manejada la comunicación política de Guillermo Lasso sobre la crisis carcelaria en el primer año y medio de gobierno? Por lo tanto, se tomó muestra de algunos de sus discursos sobre el tema para llegar a responder dicha pregunta planteada. Estas fueron el informe a la nación, ruedas de prensa y entrevistas que permitieron analizar la comunicación política del presidente de la República. Los resultados de estos análisis arrojaron que la comunicación política del presidente Guillermo Lasso no fue la adecuada ya que se necesita mayor preparación al momento de exponer la situación y sus soluciones ante el pueblo. Para lo cual se llegó a la conclusión de que le falta preparación antes de dar un discurso para no caer en contradicciones o en discursos repetitivos.The present investigation exposes the analysis of President Guillermo Lasso's discourse on the prison crisis that occurred in his government. These bloody deaths inside the prisons of Ecuador in the different provinces of the country, have shown that the narcocriminal gangs have taken control inside the prisons, for this reason the high number of massacres can be evidenced. The methodology encompasses a qualitative approach, for which the interpretive paradigm was used. For the respective discourse analysis, we worked with the author Teun van Dijk, focusing on the text, context, action and ideology. Thus, allowing to meet the objectives set. This investigation had the purpose of answering the question that was raised in this investigation: how was Guillermo Lasso's political communication about the prison crisis handled in the first year and a half of government? Therefore, a sample of some of his speeches on the subject was taken to answer the question posed. These samples were the report to the nation, press conferences and interviews that allowed analyzing the political communication of the President of the Republic. The results of these analyzes showed that the political communication of President Guillermo Lasso was not adequate since more preparation is needed when presenting the situation and its solutions to the people. For which it was concluded that he lacks preparation before giving a speech so as not to fall into contradictions or repetitive speeches
