The 11th Banff Conference of solid organs allografts pathology was held in a suburb of Paris from June 6 to 10. Papers were presented by created at the previous conference working groups on the following areas: isolated v-lesion, fibrosis scoring, glomerular lesions, molecular pathology, polyomavirus nephropathy and quality assurance of immunohis-tochemical procedures. The main topics of discussion were antibody-mediated rejection, management of sensitized patients, the approach to the diagnosis of transplant rejection by the methods of genomics and proteomics, and the role of protocol biopsies. There were suggestions to reconsider how to assess polyomavirus nephropathy, glomerulitis, transplant glomerulopathy. Term Β«epithelial-mesenchymal transitionΒ» was considered inappropriate and need to be replaced.Β Π ΠΈΡΠ½Π΅ 2011 Π³ΠΎΠ΄Π° Π² ΠΏΡΠΈΠ³ΠΎΡΠΎΠ΄Π΅ ΠΠ°ΡΠΈΠΆΠ° ΡΠΎΡΡΠΎΡΠ»Π°ΡΡ 11-Ρ ΠΠ°Π½ΡΡ-ΠΊΠΎΠ½ΡΠ΅ΡΠ΅Π½ΡΠΈΡ, ΠΏΠΎΡΠ²ΡΡΠ΅Π½Π½Π°Ρ Π°ΠΊΡΡΠ°Π»ΡΠ½ΡΠΌ Π²ΠΎ- ΠΏΡΠΎΡΠ°ΠΌ ΠΏΠ°ΡΠΎΠ»ΠΎΠ³ΠΈΠΈ Π°Π»Π»ΠΎΡΡΠ°Π½ΡΠΏΠ»Π°Π½ΡΠ°ΡΠΎΠ² ΡΠΎΠ»ΠΈΠ΄Π½ΡΡ

The aim of this study was morphological characteristics of peculiar properties of acute T-cells- (ATMR) and antibody-mediated kidney allograft rejection (AAMR). Histological slices of kidney allograft biopsies were examined after coloration by routine methods and immunohistochemical proceeding for C4d, CD45R0 T-lymphocytes antigen and CD68 macrophages antigen. Weβve determined that the key features of ATMR are: increasing of T-lymphocytes interstitial infi ltration with the same level of macrophages infi ltration comparing with implantation biopsies, mild mononuclear glomerulitis and capillaritis; tubulitis. Morphological traits of AAMR are neutrophilic and T-lymphocytes glomerulitis, diffuse capillaritis, capillaries dilatation and margination of mononuclear cells with admixture of neutrophils, macrophagal interstitial infi ltration under semiquantitative evaluation, as well as, more pronounced, than in ATMR, T-lymphoctes and macrophages interstitial infi ltration under quantitative evaluation.Π¦Π΅Π»ΡΡ ΠΈΡΡΠ»Π΅Π΄ΠΎΠ²Π°Π½ΠΈΡ Π±ΡΠ»Π° ΠΌΠΎΡΡΠΎΠ»ΠΎΠ³ΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠ°Ρ Ρ
