The decay KS0→πeν has been observed by the CMD-2 detector at
the e^+e^- collider VEPP-2M at Novosibirsk. Of 6 million produced KL0KS0
pairs, 75±13 events of the KS0→πeν decay were selected. The
corresponding branching ratio is B(KS0→πeν)=(7.2±1.4)×10−4. This result is consistent with the evaluation of B(KS0→πeν) from the KL0 semileptonic rate and KS0 lifetime
assuming ΔS=ΔQ .Comment: 7 pages, 6 figures, LaTex2e. Submitted to Phys.Lett.
Radiative decays of the ϕ meson have been studied using a data sample of
about 20 million ϕ decays collected by the CMD-2 detector at VEPP-2M
collider in Novosibirsk. From selected e+e−→π+π−γ events
the ϕ→π+π−γ decay has been observed for the first time.
\par Under the assumption that the intermediate f0(980)γ state
dominates in the ϕ→π+π−γ decay, the corresponding branching
ratio is Br(ϕ→f0(980)γ)=(1.93±0.46±0.50)×10−4.
\par Selected e+e−→μ+μ−γ events were used to obtain
Br(ϕ→μ+μ−γ)=(1.43±0.45±0.14)×10−5 for
Eγ>20 MeV. \par Using the same data sample, upper limits at 90% CL
have been obtained for the C-violating decay of the ϕ:
Br(ϕ→ργ)<1.2×10−5; and for the P- and CP-violating
decay of the η: \par Br(η→π+π−)<3.3×10−4.Comment: 16 pages, 10 figures, Submitted to Phys. Lett.
Radiative decays of the ϕ meson have been studied using a data sample of
about 19 million ϕ decays collected by the CMD-2 detector at VEPP-2M
collider in Novosibirsk. From selected e+e−→π0π0γ and
e+e−→ηπ0γ events the following model independent results
have been obtained: \par Br(ϕ→π0π0γ)=(0.92±0.08±0.06)×10−4 for Mπ0π0>700 MeV, \par
Br(ϕ→ηπ0γ)=(0.90±0.24±0.10)×10−4.
It is shown that the intermediate mechanism f0(980)γ dominates in
the ϕ→π0π0γ decay and the corresponding branching ratio
is \par Br(ϕ→f0(980)γ)=(2.90±0.21±1.54)×10−4. The
systematic error is dominated by the possible model uncertainty. \par Using the
same data sample the upper limit has been obtained for the P- and CP-violating
decay of η at 90% CL: \par Br(η→π0π0)<4.3×10−4

About 300 000 e+e−→ϕ→KL0KS0 events in the center of mass
energy range from 984 to 1040 MeV were used for the measurement of the ϕ
meson parameters. The following results have been obtained: σ0=(1367±15±21)nb,mϕ=(1019.504±0.011±0.033)MeV/c2,Γϕ=(4.477±0.036±0.022)MeV,Γe+e−⋅B(ϕ→KL0KS0)=(4.364±0.048±0.065)⋅10−4 MeV.Comment: 13 pages, 5 figures, 5 table
