Legionellosis Agent Indication Using Immunochromatography with Visual and Digital Video Detection

Proposed was the immunochromatographic express-test for legionellosis agent detection in water environment. The method is high-sensitive and specific allowing to detect only first serogroup of legionellosis agent. That is of high importance for identification of isolated cultures of legionella and monitoring of Legionella pneumophila presence in environment objects
