Цель учебного пособия – познакомить слушателей с категориальным аппаратом, позволяющим описать реформирование национальных систем образования государств – участников СНГ, глобализацию и интеграцию национальных образовательных пространств, с различными направлениями реформ национальных образовательных систем, основными принципами реформирования и программами развития образования; дать представление об основных мероприятиях реформирования, а также о перспективах развития национальных систем образования. Учебное пособие выполнено в рамках инновационной образовательной программы Российского университета дружбы народов, направление «Формирование службы обеспечения экспорта образовательных услуг на базе модернизации существующей инфраструктуры международного образования РУДН», и входит в состав учебно-методического комплекса, включающего описание курса, программу и электронный учебник

Unimodular bimode gravity and the coherent scalar-graviton field as galaxy dark matter

The explicit violation of the general gauge invariance/relativity is adopted as the origin of dark matter and dark energy of the gravitational nature. The violation of the local scale invariance alone, with the residual unimodular one, is considered. Besides the four-volume preserving deformation mode -- the transverse-tensor graviton -- the metric comprises a compression mode -- the scalar graviton, or the systolon. A unimodular invariant and general covariant metric theory of the bimode/scalar-tensor gravity is consistently worked out. To reduce the primordial ambiguity of the theory a dynamical global symmetry is imposed, with its subsequent spontaneous breaking revealed. The static spherically symmetric case in the empty, but possibly for the origin, space is studied. A three-parameter solution describing a new static space structure -- the dark lacuna -- is constructed. It enjoys the property of gravitational confinement, with the logarithmic potential of gravitational attraction at the periphery, and results in the asymptotically flat rotation curves. Comprising a super-massive dark fracture (a scalar-modified black hole) at the origin surrounded by a cored dark halo, the dark lacunas are proposed as a prototype model of galaxies, implying an ultimate account for the distributed non-gravitational matter and a putative asphericity or rotation.Comment: 38 pages, 10 figures; exposition improved, remarks added, accepted for publicatio

Study of the process e+e−→3(π+π−) in the c.m. energy range 1.5–2.0 GeV with the CMD-3 detector

AbstractThe cross section of the process e+e−→3(π+π−) has been measured using a data sample of 22 pb−1 collected with the CMD-3 detector at the VEPP-2000 e+e− collider. 7956 signal events are selected in the center-of-mass energy range 1.5–2.0 GeV. The measured cross section exhibits a sharp drop near the pp¯ threshold. A first study of dynamics of six-pion production has been performed

Magnetic Structures of the LiNi0.9Co0.1PO4 Crystal

We present the magnetic structures and properties of single crystal and polycrystalline samples LiNi0.9Co0.1PO4 obtained by conventional self f lux LiCl growth from solution and glycerol nitrate methods, respectively. The samples were studied with magnetic property measurement system, X ray and neutron diffraction. A symmetry analysis of possible magnetic structures for the propagation vectors kC 0 and kIC 0, k, 0 was carried out. The magnetic structures in the LiNi0.9Co0.1PO4 single crystal are commensurate kC 0 and incommensurate kIC 0, k, 0 antiferromagnetic orders. The module k is equal 0.10 0.12 reciprocal lattice units at low temperatures. At 7 K, the magnetic moment of the 3d ion is 2.0 amp; 956;B and decreases to zero at 21 K. The temperatures of magnetic phase transitions determined during magnetic property measurements are similar in single crystal and polycrystalline samples. Single crystal neutron diffraction is made it possible to observe some details of the incommensurate structur
