Abstract kinetic equations with positive collision operators

We consider "forward-backward" parabolic equations in the abstract form $Jd \psi / d x + L \psi = 0$, $0< x < \tau \leq \infty$, where $J$ and $L$ are operators in a Hilbert space $H$ such that $J=J^*=J^{-1}$, $L=L^* \geq 0$, and $\ker L = 0$. The following theorem is proved: if the operator $B=JL$ is similar to a self-adjoint operator, then associated half-range boundary problems have unique solutions. We apply this theorem to corresponding nonhomogeneous equations, to the time-independent Fokker-Plank equation $\mu \frac {\partial \psi}{\partial x} (x,\mu) = b(\mu) \frac {\partial^2 \psi}{\partial \mu^2} (x, \mu)$, $0<x<\tau$, $\mu \in \R$, as well as to other parabolic equations of the "forward-backward" type. Оценка эффективности и безопасности новой сукросомальной пероральной формы железа в лечении анемии при воспалительных заболеваниях кишечника

The article describes the role of iron deficiency in the development of anemia in inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD), existing approaches to treatment. The problems of insufficient efficiency and poor tolerance of standard iron preparations are discussed, which is associated with the presence of malabsorbtion and chronic inflammation of the intestinal wall, the possibility of using a new oral form of sucrasomal iron is being studied. The aim of the study was to determine the efficacy and safety of the new Sucralomal oral form of iron Sideral Forte in patients with anemia in IBD. The materials of the study included data from 56 patients with anemia and IBD. In 28 patients, iron metabolism and anemia characteristics were studied in detail, and 28 others studied the efficacy and safety of antianemic treatment using Sideral Forte. The results of therapy showed a significant increase in the concentration of hemoglobin, serum iron for three months. Good tolerability of sucrasomal iron has been demonstrated.В статье описано значение дефицита железа в развитии анемии при воспалительных заболеваниях кишечника (ВЗК), возможные подходы к его коррекции. Обсуждаются вопросы недостаточной эффективности и плохой переносимости стандартных препаратов железа, что связано с наличием мальабсорбции и хронического воспаления стенки кишечника, изучается возможность использования новой пероральной формы сукросомального железа. Целью работы явилось определение эффективности и безопасности новой сукросомальной пероральной формой железа Сидерал Форте у больных с анемией при ВЗК. В материалы вошли данные 56 пациентов с анемией и ВЗК. У 28 больных детально изучен обмен железа и характеристики анемии, у 28 других проведено исследование эффективности и безопасности антианемического лечения с использованием Сидерала Форте. Результаты терапии показали достоверный прирост концентрации гемоглобина, железа сыворотки в течение трех месяцев. Доказана хорошая переносимость сукросомального железа
