Spectral Inversion of Multi-Line Full-Disk Observations of Quiet Sun Magnetic Fields
Spectral inversion codes are powerful tools to analyze spectropolarimetric
observations, and they provide important diagnostics of solar magnetic fields.
Inversion codes differ by numerical procedures, approximations of the
atmospheric model, and description of radiative transfer. Stokes Inversion
based on Response functions (SIR) is an implementation widely used by the solar
physics community. It allows to work with different atmospheric components,
where gradients of different physical parameters are possible, e.g., magnetic
field strength and velocities. The spectropolarimetric full-disk observations
were carried out with the Stokesmeter of the Solar Telescope for Operative
Predictions (STOP) at the Sayan Observatory on 3 February 2009, when neither an
active region nor any other extended flux concentration was present on the Sun.
In this study of quiet Sun magnetic fields, we apply the SIR code
simultaneously to 15 spectral lines. A tendency is found that weaker magnetic
field strengths occur closer to the limb. We explain this finding by the fact
that close to the limb, we are more sensitive to higher altitudes in an
expanding flux tube, where the field strength should be smaller since the
magnetic flux is conserved with height. Typically, the inversions deliver two
populations of magnetic elements: (1) high magnetic field strengths (1500-2000
G) and high temperatures (5500-6500 K) and (2) weak magnetic fields (50-150 G)
and low temperatures (5000-5300 K).Comment: 10 pages, 6 figures, accepted for Solar Physic
Analysis of the Applicability of the Bundle Method for the Construction of Multi-Code Labelings
The article presents the results of studies on the applicability of the method of
monitoring the integrity of the method of bundles for the organization of multi-code labeling of
products in the enterprise. The definition of multi-code marking is given, the purpose of its
application is described. A comparative analysis of the integrity control methods has been
carried out and their quality indicators are given in the field of organizing the control of
product movement. An algorithm for generating multi-code labeling based on integrity control
methods, an algorithm for determining falsification and recognition errors are proposed.
Examples of generated identifiers are given. The results of the research were expressed in the
form of a web application integrated into the online store of the Global33 Group of companies
(Vladimir Region, Murom, Kovrov), which is confirmed by the implementation certificate. The
purpose of the implemented system is to organize the automatic traceability of the rolls of air-
bubble film along the conveyor line
Extraction of Kaon Formfactors from K^- -> mu^- nu_mu gamma Decay at ISTRA+ Setup
The radiative decay K->mu nu gamma has been studied at ISTRA+ setup in a new
kinematical region. About 22K events of K^- -> mu^- nu_mu gamma have been
observed. The sign and value of Fv-Fa have been measured for the first time.

Control system of electron linac LU-40
The reconstruction of a two-section electron LU-40 linac was finished in 2004. The accelerator consists of two
accelerating sections and an injector, the latter includes a diode electron gun, a klystron type buncher and an accelerating

Evolution of active and polar photospheric magnetic fields during the rise of Cycle 24 compared to previous cycles
The evolution of the photospheric magnetic field during the declining phase
and minimum of Cycle 23 and the recent rise of Cycle 24 are compared with the
behavior during previous cycles. We used longitudinal full-disk magnetograms
from the NSO's three magnetographs at Kitt Peak, the Synoptic Optical Long-term
Investigations of the Sun (SOLIS) Vector Spectro-Magnetograph (VSM), the
Spectromagnetograph and the 512-Channel Magnetograph instruments, and
longitudinal full-disk magnetograms from the Mt. Wilson 150-foot tower. We
analyzed 37 years of observations from these two observatories that have been
observing daily, weather permitting, since 1974, offering an opportunity to
study the evolving relationship between the active region and polar fields in
some detail over several solar cycles. It is found that the annual averages of
a proxy for the active region poloidal magnetic field strength, the magnetic
field strength of the high-latitude poleward streams, and the time derivative
of the polar field strength are all well correlated in each hemisphere. These
results are based on statistically significant cyclical patterns in the active
region fields and are consistent with the Babcock-Leighton phenomenological
model for the solar activity cycle. There was more hemispheric asymmetry in the
activity level, as measured by total and maximum active region flux, during
late Cycle 23 (after around 2004), when the southern hemisphere was more
active, and Cycle 24 up to the present, when the northern hemisphere has been
more active, than at any other time since 1974. The active region net proxy
poloidal fields effectively disappeared in both hemispheres around 2004, and
the polar fields did not become significantly stronger after this time. We see

Baikal-GVD
We present the status of the Gigaton Volume Detector in Lake Baikal (Baikal-GVD) designed for the detection of high energy neutrinos of astrophysical origin. The telescope consists of functionally independent clusters, sub-arrays of optical modules (OMs), which are connected to shore by individual electro-optical cables. During 2015 the GVD demonstration cluster, comprising 192 OMs, has been successfully operated in Lake Baikal. In 2016 this array was upgraded to baseline configuration of GVD cluster with 288 OMs arranged on eight vertical strings. Thus the instrumented water volume has been increased up to about 5.9 Mtons. The array was commissioned in early April 2016 and takes data since then. We describe the configuration and design of the 2016 array. Preliminary results obtained with data recorded in 2015 are also discussed

BACKGROUND: Periurethral injections of various materials in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence have been known since 1938. In the literature, we could not find reports of endosurgical correction of urinary incontinence as the main method of treatment in children with myelodysplasia and epispadias and a pathogenetically based examination algorithm to predict the result of the injection, taking into account the endoscopic technique and volume of the injected drug.
AIM: To present an assessment of long-term results, i.e., correction of stress urinary incontinence in children with myelodysplasia and epispadias, after endoimplantation of a stable synthetic volume-forming polymer.
MATERIALS AND METHODS: The study analyzed 38 patients (517 years old) with urinary incontinence with myelodysplasia and epispadias: boys and girls with epispadias (n = 9 and n = 3, respectively) and with myelodysplasia (n = 10 and n = 16), respectively. For diagnostic purposes, clinical and instrumental (excretory urography, cystography, cystoscopy, uroflowmetry, electrophysiological, and urodynamic) examination methods were used. To correct incontinence, intra- and paraurethral endoinjections of a stable polyacrylamide mesh polymer with silver ions were performed.
RESULTS: According to the literature, the effectiveness of the intraurethral administration of stable implants with urinary incontinence in catamnesis for up to 12 months reached 50%; with longer follow-up, positive results did not exceed 40% of observations. In this study, complete retention of urine was achieved in 25 (66%) children. Satisfactory result (incontinence in the afternoon up to 40 mL) was observed in 8 (21%) children, and unsatisfactory in 5 (13%) children.
DISCUSSION: Indications for endosphincteroplasty in children with stress incontinence having myelodysplasia and epispadias with a stable implant should be determined considering urodynamics, blood circulation, innervation, and functional (urethral profilometry) parameters in the detrusor-sphincters-pelvic floor system.

Ethnic Representations of Tuvans about Themselves and Others: The Factor of Location
The article presents the results of a study of the ideas of Tuvans about the individual psychological characteristics of representatives of the Tuvan and Russian ethnic groups. The subjects of the study were Tuvinians living in the largest city of the Republic of Tyva — Kyzyl (n=72) and in a remote, southwestern region of the Republic of Tyva — Mongun-Taiginsky district (n=69). As part of the study, the author's methodology "Cards" was used, which allows for the assessment and self-assessment of individual psychological characteristics in a concise and understandable format for respondents. The analysis of the data was carried out taking into account three age cohorts of the subjects — the younger, middle and older age groups. Differences were recorded in the content of the representations of Tuvans of different age groups in relation to representatives of the Russian and Tuvan ethnic groups. The age factor had a more significant impact to ethnic representations than the place of residence and life.</p
