Influence lymphatic compatible therapy on the functioning mechanisms of detoxification with opioids withdrawal syndrome
The aim of this work was to study the functioning of the detoxification mechanisms in the dynamics of the syndrome cancel opioids in the application of regional administration lymphatic compatible therapy. The results of treatment of two homogeneous groups of patients, one of whom (control, 67 pers.) Received standard therapy, the second (main, 37 pers.) Lymphatic compatible and set the standard therapy. It was found that the use of lymphatic compatible therapy, reinforcing the function of lymphatic systems has contributed to the normalization of the functioning of major parts of the system of natural detoxification of the body. Estimations of effectiveness of applications of the methods of lymphogeneous detoxication at a syndrome of abolition of opioids
The aim of this paper was an estimation of effectiveness of application of lymphotropic and ozone and lymphotropic and absorbtion technologies at a syndrome of abolition of opioids. The object of research was 142 patients distributed in three homogeneous groups. The control group has been got the standard therapy, the main first group - additionally to it - a complex of lymphotropic therapy and ozone therapy, the main second group - a complex of lymphotropic therapy and enteroabsorbtion. The comparative estimation of the results has shown that the lymhotropic and ozone technology has influenced more actively on the parameters of immune system and syndrome of labilization of the cellular membranes, the lymphotropic and absorbtion technology - on a purification of organism from endogeneous metabolits. THE DIAGNOSTIC PROFILES OF HARMFUL EFFECTS OF TETRABROMOETHANE LONG INHALATION IMPACT
The purpose of the study was to provide of diagnostic profiles of harmful effects caused by long inhalation ofΒ 1,1,2,2-tetrabromoethane (TBE). Material and methods. The object of research was white rats exposed to the roundthe-clock inhalation of TBE within three months. The TBE concentration in air samples from exposure chambersΒ was determined by means of the Agilent 7890 B chromatograph (France). Urine analysis and biochemical blood testΒ were conducted by means of the standard and unified laboratory methods. Results and discussion. TBE inhalationΒ (concentration 0.2 Β± 0.01, 0.6 Β± 0.03 and 1.8 Β± 0.07 mg/m3) leads to structural and functional changes in target organs.Β The expressiveness and the changes range grew with the toxic effect level increase. We have defined group of deviationsΒ of biochemical indicators connected with the mechanism of toxic action and pathological changes in target organs.Β When planning clinical trials with high probability it is necessary to expect the diagnoses relating to critical organs andΒ systems β nervous system, liver and kidneys
