Conformer of the peroxynitrite ion formed under photolysis of crystalline alkali nitrates – cis or trans?

The optical and infrared reflectance spectra of the crystalline powders prepared by co-crystallization of caesium nitrate, nitrite, and peroxynitrite from alkali solution have been studied.
