Авиамедицинская эвакуация пациентов с острой травмой в условиях мегаполиса: состояние вопроса и собственный опыт ГБУЗ «МТНПЦМК (ЦЭМП) ДЗМ»

In connection with the expansion of the administrative boundaries of the city of Moscow, the number of trauma cases, including those associated with road traffic accidents, man-made accidents, and industrial accidents, remains at a high level. The provision of emergency medical care and transportation of patients with acute trauma is one of the important tasks of the territorial center of disaster medicine in Moscow. Aeromedical evacuation of victims to hospitals of the metropolis allows adhering to the rule of the “golden hour”, which certainly affects the reduction of disability and mortality in road traffic incidents and accidents. В связи с расширением административных границ города Москвы остается на высоком уровне количество травмоопасных случаев, связанных в том числе с дорожно-транспортными происшествиями (ДТП), техногенными авариями, а также несчастными случаями на производстве. Оказание экстренной медицинской помощи и транспортировка пациентов с острой травмой являются одной из важных задач территориального центра медицины катастроф города Москвы. Авиамедицинская эвакуация пострадавших в стационары мегаполиса позволяет придерживаться правила «золотого часа», что безусловно влияет на снижение инвалидизации и летальности пострадавших при ДТП и несчастных случаях.
