Quantum teleportation with nonclassical correlated states in noninertial frames
Quantum teleportation is studied in noninertial frame, for fermionic case,
when Alice and Bob share a general nonclassical correlated state. In
noninertial frames two fidelities of teleportation are given. It is found that
the average fidelity of teleportation from a separable and nonclassical
correlated state is increasing with the amount of nonclassical correlation of
the state. However, for any particular nonclassical correlated state, the

The Effect of Different Storage Condition on Leukocytes in Human Breast Milk
Objectives: Breast milk is the best baby food because it contains a complete nutritional composition and contains important factors for the baby's immune system, including leukocytes. Store breast milk to guarantee the baby receives it while the mother works. This study aims to determine the effect of morphology, number cells and the population of breast milk leukocytes on various ways of storing breast milk based on differences in temperature and storage duration. Methods: We used transitional breast milk samples from 7 breastfeeding mothers. A total of 50 ml was then divided into 4 tubes of 12.5 ml each and treated based on temperature, storage time, and method of thawing frozen breast milk based on the recommendations of the CDC for breast milk storage. Then the breast milk cells were isolated to calculate the cell number and leukocyte population. After that, breast milk cells were stained with Hematoxylin and Eosin (HE) to analyze the number and morphology of leukocytes. Results: The results showed a significant decrease in the total number, population in breast milk. Besides that, there were also changes in the morphology of breast milk leukocytes after storage. Conclusion: This study indicate that CDC storage recommendations have no effect on the quantity of the CD45+ leukocyte population; though, there is a decreased the total number of leukocytes as well as alterations in their microscopic morphology. However, additional research is still required to determine whether these modifications also influence the function of these cells.

Laelaps: An Energy-Efficient Seizure Detection Algorithm from Long-term Human iEEG Recordings without False Alarms
We propose Laelaps, an energy-efficient and fast learning algorithm with no false alarms for epileptic seizure detection from long-term intracranial electroencephalography (iEEG) signals. Laelaps uses end-to-end binary operations by exploiting symbolic dynamics and brain-inspired hyperdimensional computing. Laelaps's results surpass those yielded by state-of-the-art (SoA) methods [1], [2], [3], including deep learning, on a new very large dataset containing 116 seizures of 18 drug-resistant epilepsy patients in 2656 hours of recordings - each patient implanted with 24 to 128 iEEG electrodes. Laelaps trains 18 patient-specific models by using only 24 seizures: 12 models are trained with one seizure per patient, the others with two seizures. The trained models detect 79 out of 92 unseen seizures without any false alarms across all the patients as a big step forward in practical seizure detection. Importantly, a simple implementation of Laelaps on the Nvidia Tegra X2 embedded device achieves 1.7

Radiation-hard ASICs for optical data transmission in the ATLAS pixel detector
We have developed two radiation-hard ASICs for optical data transmission in
the ATLAS pixel detector at the LHC at CERN: a driver chip for a Vertical
Cavity Surface Emitting Laser (VCSEL) diode for 80 Mbit/s data transmission
from the detector, and a Bi-Phase Mark decoder chip to recover the control data
and 40 MHz clock received optically by a PIN diode. We have successfully
implemented both ASICs in 0.25 um CMOS technology using enclosed layout
transistors and guard rings for increased radiation hardness. We present
results from prototype circuits and from irradiation studies with 24 GeV

Biosynthesis and Characterization of Silver Nanoparticles by Aspergillus Species
Currently, researchers turn to natural processes such as using biological microorganisms in order to develop reliable and ecofriendly methods for the synthesis of metallic nanoparticles. In this study, we have investigated extracellular biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles using four Aspergillus species including A. fumigatus, A. clavatus, A. niger, and A. flavus. We have also analyzed nitrate reductase activity in the studied species in order to determine the probable role of this enzyme in the biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles. The formation of silver nanoparticles in the cell filtrates was confirmed by the passage of laser light, change in the color of cell filtrates, absorption peak at 430 nm in UV-Vis spectra, and atomic force microscopy (AFM). There was a logical relationship between the efficiencies of studied Aspergillus species in the production of silver nanoparticles and their nitrate reductase activity. A. fumigatus as the most efficient species showed the highest nitrate reductase activity among the studied species while A. flavus exhibited the lowest capacity in the biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles which was in accord with its low nitrate reductase activity. Evaluation of different methods of determining the angle of attack on wind turbine blades under yawed inflow conditions
As part of the AVATAR and Mexnext projects, this study compares several methods used to derive lifting line variables from CFD simulations of the MEXICO rotor in yawed inflow. The results from six partners within the AVATAR/Mexnext consortium using five different methods of extraction were compared. Overall comparison of the induced velocities at the mid and tip parts of blade shows fairly good agreement between the tested methods, where the derived angle of attack differs within 1°, within the linear range this accounts to ˂ 10% uncertainty on the aerodynamic forces. Comparing Building Information Modeling Skills of Project Managers and BIM Managers Based on Social Media Analysis
AbstractBuilding Information Modeling (BIM) education may accelerate the process of adopting BIM in construction projects. The education community has been examining the best ways of introducing BIM into the curricula. However, individuals in different positions, such as project managers and BIM managers, may require different BIM skills in practice. Thus, understanding BIM skills could help to better formulate the education program for college students and industry professionals. The authors explored this topic by addressing two research questions: 1) What are the BIM skills possessed by individuals that increase the likelihood of having the titles “project manager” and “BIM manager”? 2) How do these skill-sets differ between project managers and BIM managers? These questions are addressed through an analysis of the LinkedIn profiles of architecture, engineering, construction, and operations (AECO) professionals. Data collection involved gathering endorsed skills, number of endorsements, current position, past positions, and years of work experiences from LinkedIn profiles of AECO professionals. This article identified BIM skills and other skills correlated with BIM skills that increase the likelihood of an individual to own the titles of “project manager” and “BIM manager.” This analysis showed that the number of skills shared between project managers and BIM managers were greater than the number of unique skills possessed by either position. While the two positions shared certain skills, subsequent analysis suggested that many of those skills were correlated with different skills. This may suggest that, while there is overlap in the skills possessed between individuals in each position, the way in which they use those skillsets may differ
Effect of statins on atrial fibrillation: collaborative meta-analysis of published and unpublished evidence from randomised controlled trials
Objective To examine whether statins can reduce the risk of atrial fibrillation.
Design Meta-analysis of published and unpublished results from larger scale statin trials, with comparison of the findings against the published results from smaller scale or shorter duration studies.
Data sources Medline, Embase, and Cochrane's CENTRAL up to October 2010. Unpublished data from longer term trials were obtained through contact with investigators.
Study selection Randomised controlled trials comparing statin with no statin or comparing high dose versus standard dose statin; all longer term trials had at least 100 participants and at least six months' follow-up.
Results In published data from 13 short term trials (4414 randomised patients, 659 events), statin treatment seemed to reduce the odds of an episode of atrial fibrillation by 39% (odds ratio 0.61, 95% confidence interval 0.51 to 0.74; P<0.001), but there was significant heterogeneity (P<0.001) between the trials. In contrast, among 22 longer term and mostly larger trials of statin versus control (105 791 randomised patients, 2535 events), statin treatment was not associated with a significant reduction in atrial fibrillation (0.95, 0.88 to 1.03; P=0.24) (P<0.001 for test of difference between the two sets of trials). Seven longer term trials of more intensive versus standard statin regimens (28 964 randomised patients and 1419 events) also showed no evidence of a reduction in the risk of atrial fibrillation (1.00, 0.90 to 1.12; P=0.99).
Conclusions The suggested beneficial effect of statins on atrial fibrillation from published shorter term studies is not supported by a comprehensive review of published and unpublished evidence from larger scale trials
Extended chiral algebras in the SU(2)_0 WZNW model
We investigate the W-algebras generated by the integer dimension chiral
primary operators of the SU(2)_0 WZNW model. These have a form almost identical
to that found in the c=-2 model but have, in addition, an extended Kac-Moody
structure. Moreover on Hamiltonian reduction these SU(2)_0 W-algebras exactly
reduce to those found in c=-2. We explicitly find the free field
representations for the chiral j=2 and j=3 operators which have respectively a
fermionic doublet and bosonic triplet nature. The correlation functions of
these operators accounts for the rational solutions of the
Knizhnik-Zamolodchikov equation that we find. We explicitly compute the full
algebra of the j=2 operators and find that the associativity of the algebra is
only guaranteed if certain null vectors decouple from the theory. We conjecture
