Socio-economic conflict: The concept and typology

    Get PDF
The article reveals the concept of socio-economic conflict, its typology is given. Key approaches to the study of socio-economic conflict are described, which allow us to confirm, that with increasing of socio-economic conflicts, the need for their constructive settlement and resolution is brewing. Socio-economic conflict, been developing in the sphere of social production and distribution of social wealth among large social communities and institutions, is accompanied by extreme tension and confusion in society. The following research methods are used in the article: structural-functional and subject-activity. The authors come to the conclusion that the socio-economic conflicts are often found in practice, as they are related to the quality of life of the individual. Furthermore, such conflicts may be transformed and take on political overtones, thereby to escalate into largescale clashes of interests of entire social groups. Despite its conditional nature, typology of socio-economic conflicts contributes to the disclosure of the nature and content of socio-economic conflict (object, subject, subjects, etc.), as well as developing practical recommendations for the effective management and regulation of risks, and conflicts in the sphere of socio-economic security

Introduction. The terrorism - is a phenomenon always in dynamics,it has regularities in changes. The author of article considers symbiosis of mass media interference and terrorism transformation processes. Methods. The system structurally functional analysis and the content analysis constructed on qualitative and quantitative methods providing necessary representativeness and reliability of data became theoretical basis for the research. Results. Mass media had initial influence on growth of terrorism; it consists in symbiosis, and there are four modes of interaction between terrorists and mass media. Discussion. The contemporary history for the last decade has provided many examples of mutually beneficial relations between the terrorist organizations and mass media. On this perspective in domestic literature there are no developed tools which could give the commonly accepted definition of terrorism and measure its key parameters. This work can be used in case of developing the corresponding rates both for students of the Conflictology direction, and for professional development of law enforcement agencies employees course, the commissions of the Tatarstan Republic ATC

Urgency of strengthening inventive training of technical students in the context of import substitution and competitiveness of the Russian Federation

An essential resource for import substitution and enhancing competitiveness is an innovative update of education, in particular reinforced inventive preparation of technical students from first to fifth year with the transition from information-reproductive form of training to innovative-competence one. This will allow young engineers get immediately involved in the innovation process, generating necessary ideas for the challengesДоказывается, что существенным ресурсом импортозамещения и повышения конкурентоспособности является инновационное обновление образования, в частности усиленная изобретательская подготовка студентов технических специальностей с первого по пятый курсы с переходом от информационно-репродуктивной формы обучения к инновационно-компетентностной. Подчеркивается, что это позволит молодым инженерам сразу включиться в инновационный процесс, генерируя необходимые идеи для выполнения поставленных зада

THE АNAPA AMPELOGRAPHIC COLLECTION IS THE LARGEST CENTER OF VINE GENE POOL ACCUMULATION AND RESEARCH IN RUSSIA

Nowadays there is much tension in the Russian modern vine growing industry around the issue of enhancing the range of grape varieties, which is aimed at production of highly adaptive grape plants and sustainable production of competitive grape varieties in the unstable stressing weather conditions of the moderate continental climate in the south of Russia. In this view, we believe it important to carry out research into the origin, generation and preservation of genetic resources so that they can be involved in the selection process and reach most important objectives of the national economy. The role of a variety and ampelographic collections becomes more important. The Anapa ampelographic collection (http://azosviv.info/category/osnovnye_razdely/anapskaya_ampelograficheskaya_kollekciya) is Russia’s largest gene pool depository of grape varieties brought from various countries of Europe, Asia and America, and Russia’s regions as well. It contains 4921 grape varieties, including Vitis vinifera L. (2975), V. amurensis Rupr. (40), V. labrusca L. (50), the interspecies varieties V. vinifera L.×V. amurensis Rupr. (210), V. vinifera L.×V. labrusca L. (168), blended interspecies hybrids V. vinifera L.× hybrids SV (220), V. vinifera L.×V. amurensis Rupr.×hybrids SV (70), and other samples. We carry out extensive research into collection varieties for their production and selection. We select varieties and forms showing good agronomic characters in productivity, quality of grapes and wine products, winter hardiness, drought resistance, and resistance to pests. We have identified, preserved and now use in selection, as sources of good agronomic characters of resistance to low temperatures in winter, such varieties as Riesling of the Rhine, Rkatsiteli, Aligoté, Riesling of Italy, Traminer Pink, Pinot Noir, Rara Neagra, Cabernet Sauvignon, Coarna Neagra, Pinot Gris, Gamay Freaux, Saperavi, Muscat Ottonel, Madeleine Angevine, Cabernet Franc, Khikhvi, Pearl of Csaba, Chardonnay, Krasnostop of Anapa, Dostoiniy, Krasnostop AZOS, etc. The collection has given birth to twenty seven varieties and elite forms, of which twelve varieties have been sent to the State Committee for the Testing of New Varieties of Agricultural Plants (Pluto, Muzhestvenniy (Courageous), Gordiy (Proud), Maran, Varvarovsky, Harmony, Progress, Gorniy (Mountaneous), Saturn, Dimitry, Vladimir, Kurchansky). We carry out a molecular genetic testing of the accumulated gene pool and DNA-classification of varieties. We have studied the microsatellite polymorphism in the genotypes of autochthonous grape varieties of the Don River and the Republic of Dagestan. We are performing the DNA-classification of varieties selected by the North Caucasian Regional Research Institute of Horticulture and Viticulture (Krasnodar), which is advantageous for the identification of pure varieties in planting material and vineyards and specifying of the parent forms of grape varieties, as well as when any disputes arise as to the variety authorship

Morphologically similar but not closely related: the long-spored species of Subulicystidium (Trechisporales, Basidiomycota)

Species boundaries and geographic distribution of corticioid fungi (resupinate Basidiomycota) are often poorly known. Our recent study on Subulicystidium showed that species diversity in this genus is at least twice as high as previously recognized. This re-estimation of the species diversity was based on a study of only a part of the genus. The present study sheds light on molecular and morphological diversity of three more species. We generated 27 ITS and 24 28S nuclear ribosomal DNA sequences from 49 specimens labelled as Subulicystidium cochleum, S. longisporum and S. perlongisporum and collected in distant geographic localities. We assessed pairwise dissimilarities and phylogenetic relationships of DNA sequences with Bayesian and maximum likelihood methods. We correlated phylogenetic information with morphological data on spores and cystidia. We found that the three species are not closely related, despite their similarity in spore shape and size. In one of the species, S. perlongisporum, we detected the presence of two sympatric lineages. These lineages are not morphologically distinct, except for a small difference in the mean length of cystidia. Our study provides a further example of transoceanic species distribution in Agaricomycetes
