Concept of a Management System for the Formation of Adult Language Skills on the Example of English
The relevance of the research topic is determined by the need to create a new technology for applying the most effective methods of forming speech skills of foreign language proficiency in adults. The research is interdisciplinary and is located at the intersection of psychology, pedagogy, linguistics, information technology and systems analysis. The goal is to implement a visual approach in an electronic educational environment to accelerate the acquisition of a new language by adults. The peculiarity of the approach is the logical relationship of the entire language system, time-saving learning of the material and the dynamics of the use of language structures. The proposed training management system is a distributed system for managing the formation (acquisition) language skills of adults. In the course of the systemβs operation, a detailed statistical analysis of the results is carried out, dynamic learning curves of each student are displayed, coefficient tables are justified and indicators of the formation of speech comprehension skills by ear are specified, and speaking levels are determined from the initial to the threshold level of spontaneous speaking. The conceptual solution of such a system has been obtained, and its use will lead to a synergistic effect in the learning process and, as a result, the accelerated creation of a new language zone in the studentβs mind. The system provides a process of controlled formation of speech skills to a threshold level that allows you to move from learning a language to improving it in the process of using it. Continuous evaluation of the level of competence of the learner leads to the formation of logarithmic learning curve and compensates for the prerequisites of the degradation of a learning curve in the direction of loss of expected competence, which opens up a new area of search in building learning management systems

Implementation Mobile App for Foreign Language Acquisition Based on Structural Visual Method
Among all modern communication devices, mobile phones are the most powerful means of communication even richer than e-mail or chat, as it can act as a teaching device despite its technical limitations. Therefore, we need to create a fast and efficient automated system that allow increased interest of students to learn foreign language, which provides the cognitive activity of students, stimulates and develops cognitive processes: thinking, perception, and memory. With such a system, the learner controls the learning process and progress in his own space based on his cognitive state, and learners can speak the target language without effort and psychological barriers. The purpose of the research is to create interactive speech trainer system based on a structural and visual approach and to ensure the formation of stable foreign language skills of trainees on the background of the active use of visual representation of language and interactive speech technology, and this system uses a technique for applying the visual approach and structural visual method in the educational environment by transforming grammatical information from verbal to graphic form and replacing complex text rules with appropriate visual structures in the form of pictures, schemes, and diagrams. We present our steps to implement our proposed architecture based on a visual model as a platform in mobile application with the establishment of content management system to provide the process of controlling the formation of speech skills and allowing the transition from foreign language learning to its improvement and acceleration. We also describe the ideas that will guide the design of this system

Electronic System of Language Skills Formation: Psychological Features of Foreign Language Teaching
In the world, there is always a need to improve the quality of communication between people who speak different languages. This urgent task constantly requires the search for new ways of teaching the language, which should be based on the creative cooperation of specialists in different fields. Any language is a complex multi-level system, and language acquisition is a process that includes a large number of parameters. The article provides a brief description of the psychological aspects that allow us to justify the possibility of using a visual approach to the development of grammatical competencies. The relevance of the topic is determined by the need to create a new detailed technology for the application of the most effective methods for the formation of speech skills of foreign language proficiency in adults. The study is based on models of cognitive psychology. Using the extension of the areas of Bloom's taxonomy and the representation of the model of interaction between the psyche and reality, it is possible to demonstrate patterns that are difficult to explain in words due to restrictions on the amount of verbal RAM of the student, which is especially important in the process of mastering a foreign language. The latest developments are aimed at combining new methods aimed at simultaneously developing language skills and grammatical competence within the same activity. Each of the methods can be improved through the use of computer technologies, and their joint use in one system will lead to a synergistic effect in the learning process. The proposed learning management system should work in combination with a methodologically precisely integrated linguistic system and ensure the formation of the speech zone of a new language in the consciousness of an adult student in the learning process
Cooperative Unmanned Air and Ground Vehicles for Landmine Detection
The unmanned aerial vehicle used in this research is multi-functional quadcopter with infrared camera and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR). The unmanned aerial vehicle detects the landmines using infrared camera and GPR; maps a pin in digital map for future use by ground vehicle. The ground vehicle used in this research is Belarus132N mobile robot. It has the following onboard sensors: stereo pair camera, GPS, and image processing system. The ground vehicle will use onboard sensors: stereo pair camera, GPS and the map provided by the quadcopter to traverse the region, and locate the mapped landmines. The base station consists of a laptop that provides a communication link between the aerial and ground vehicle systems and for saving information from any destruction. This proposed system will demonstrate how an air-ground vehicle system use to cooperatively detect, locate and traverse of landmines
A Rotating Collapsar and Possible Interpretation of the LSD Neutrino Signal from SN 1987A
We consider an improved rotational mechanism of the explosion of a collapsing
supernova. We show that this mechanism leads to two-stage collapse with a phase
difference of \sim 5 h. Based on this model, we attempt a new interpretation of
the events in underground neutrino detectors on February 23, 1987, related to
the supernova SN 1987A.Comment: 18 pages, 3 figures, 9 table
Features of Kamiokande-II, IMB and Baksan observations and their interpretation in a two-component model for the signal
We consider the time, angular and energy distributions of SN1987A events
discussing the quality of their agreement with the expectations. A global
interpretation is performed considering a simple model, based on the standard
scenario for the explosion. Despite the contrasting and confusing indications,
a straightforward fit to the data provides a result that does not contradict
but rather supports the expectations. The calculated electron antineutrino flux
is applied to predict the relic neutrino signal.Comment: 5 pages, 5 figures. Accepted for publication in Astronomy Letter

Mastering foreign languages is a deep process that covers several areas of human activity, including not only psycholinguistics, but also cognitive psychology, while affecting the area of interaction between consciousness and the unconscious. In the XXI century, a new technological basis has appeared, combining information and communication technologies and artificial intelligence. The systematic approach serves as a mechanism that allows combining modern technologies with those methods of teaching foreign languages that were previously available only to a narrow circle of specialists. The purpose of the research is to develop a training system created on the basis of modern information and communication technologies for acquiring speech skills of foreign language proficiency by adults on a massive scale. The article provides a brief description of the psycholinguistic aspects that can significantly reduce the duration of training. The proposed learning management system should work in combination with a methodologically precisely integrated linguistic system and ensure the formation of the speech zone of the acquired language in the adult learnerβs mind during the learning process. The main result can be considered a conceptual solution to the problem of simultaneous interaction of the language system and the means of information and communication technologies that ensure the sustainable formation of foreign language thinking of adults in the process of developing professional and language skills, presented at the system level. And the introduction of the studentβs psyche directly into the educational process management circuit should be considered as a new direction in the development of e-learning.ΠΠ²Π»Π°Π΄Π΅Π½ΠΈΠ΅ ΠΈΠ½ΠΎΡΡΡΠ°Π½Π½ΡΠΌΠΈ ΡΠ·ΡΠΊΠ°ΠΌΠΈ ΠΏΡΠ΅Π΄ΡΡΠ°Π²Π»ΡΠ΅Ρ ΡΠΎΠ±ΠΎΠΉ Π³Π»ΡΠ±ΠΈΠ½Π½ΡΠΉ ΠΏΡΠΎΡΠ΅ΡΡ, ΠΎΡ
