The adoption of Directive 2014/104/EU on actions for damages for infringements of the competition rules has marked the beginning of a new era in the field of the private enforcement of the EU Competition rules. The arduous legislative journey leading to the adoption of the Directive, the specific aspects pertaining to the exercise of damages actions covered by it and its attempt to establish an effective coordination between the systems of public and private enforcement have already received intense attention by antitrust scholars. V11 210. Implantación de la bioprótesis stentless ats 3f

ObjetivosEste vídeo pretende mostrar la técnica de implantación de una nueva prótesis aórtica stentless: ATS 3F.Material y métodosSe muestra el implante de la válvula ATS 3F de 23mm en un varón de 80años, en clase funcional II de la New York Heart Association(NYHA), diagnosticado de estenosis aórtica grave (área valvular 0,85cm2, gradiente pico de 107,5 de 69mmHg), resaltando los puntos clave de la implantación: aortotomía, elección del tamaño, sutura del anillo y colocación de los arbotantes.ResultadosEn el ecocardiograma transesofágico, a la salida de circulación extracorpórea no se observó insuficiencia aórtica. El quinto día postoperatorio se realizó ecocardiograma transtorácico, objetivándose un gradiente pico de 10mmHg. Siguiendo esta técnica, desde noviembre de 2004 hasta marzo de 2009, se han implantado 52 bioprótesis ATS 3F, sin insuficiencia aórtica residual, ni fuga paravalvular en el momento de la implantación, requiriendo únicamente reintervención en un paciente por endocarditis.ConclusionesLa bioprótesis ATS 3F es una prótesis stentless de pericardio equino, con diseño tubular semejante a la válvula fetal, con gran superficie de coaptación, diseñada para funcionar como una válvula nativa.Nuestra técnica de implantación de bioprótesis ATS 3F stentless es segura, fácilmente reproducible y consiguiendo excelentes resultados hemodinámicos
