Ultraviolet Behavior of the Gluon Propagator in the Maximal Abelian Gauge
The ultraviolet asymptotic behavior of the gluon propagator is evaluated in
the maximal Abelian gauge in the SU(2) gauge theory on the basis of the
renormalization-group improved perturbation theory at the one-loop level.
Square-root singularities obtained in the Euclidean domain are attributed to
artifacts of the one-loop approximation in the maximal Abelian gauge and the
standard normalization condition for the propagator used in our study. It is
argued that this gauge is essentially nonperturbative.Comment: 15 pages, 2 figure

The subject of the research is a substantive study of the modern realities of commercialization of public finance management and the possibility of its organizational and legal modernization. The purpose of the research is to establish the current state of commercialization of public finance management and to identify emerging problems in managing the liquidity and debt of the state, together with the possibilities and ways of leveling them and hedging risks through the organizational and legal modernization of public finance management. The relevance of scientific research and its scientific novelty are based on the absence in the Russian Federation of fundamental research on the current state of public finance management and its commercialization factors. The domestic scientific and practical literature touches on certain aspects of the issue under study, which does not allow us to establish cause-and-effect relationships of problems arising in the course of public finance management. The research is based on general scientific and special methods containing elements of comparative jurisprudence, system analysis, structural and functional approach, as well as a comprehensive and complete study and critical analysis of domestic and foreign fundamental scientific research, containing a number of studies in the field of legal regulation, public administration, econometrics, and macroeconomic forecasting. The collection and analysis of the material for the preparation of scientific research was carried out by a scientific group taking into account the quantitative and qualitative indicators of the authorsβ citations, as well as the significance of their individual research. The authors conclude about the need to hedge risks when exercising the authority to manage liquidity and debt as integral elements of macroeconomic policy, with the elimination of the fragmented organizational structure of the authorities. Based on international experience, a number of authorsβ recommendations have been developed to create, within the framework of organizational and legal modernization, a unified effective commercialized public finance management system with the establishment of promising potential development options to ensure the achievement of the stateβs sustainable development goals stipulated by national projects.Β ΠΡΠ΅Π΄ΠΌΠ΅ΡΠΎΠΌ ΠΈΡΡΠ»Π΅Π΄ΠΎΠ²Π°Π½ΠΈΡ ΡΠ²Π»ΡΡΡΡΡ ΡΠΎΠ²ΡΠ΅ΠΌΠ΅Π½Π½ΡΠ΅ ΡΠ΅Π°Π»ΠΈΠΈ ΠΊΠΎΠΌΠΌΠ΅ΡΡΠΈΠ°Π»ΠΈΠ·Π°ΡΠΈΠΈ ΡΠΏΡΠ°Π²Π»Π΅Π½ΠΈΡ ΠΏΡΠ±Π»ΠΈΡΠ½ΡΠΌΠΈ ΡΠΈΠ½Π°Π½ΡΠ°ΠΌΠΈ ΠΈ Π²ΠΎΠ·ΠΌΠΎΠΆΠ½ΠΎΡΡΠΈ ΠΎΡΠ³Π°Π½ΠΈΠ·Π°ΡΠΈΠΎΠ½Π½ΠΎ-ΠΏΡΠ°Π²ΠΎΠ²ΠΎΠΉ ΠΌΠΎΠ΄Π΅ΡΠ½ΠΈΠ·Π°ΡΠΈΠΈ ΡΡΠΎΠ³ΠΎ ΡΠΏΡΠ°Π²Π»Π΅Π½ΠΈΡ.Π¦Π΅Π»Ρ ΠΈΡΡΠ»Π΅Π΄ΠΎΠ²Π°Π½ΠΈΡ βΒ ΡΡΡΠ°Π½ΠΎΠ²Π»Π΅Π½ΠΈΠ΅ ΡΠ΅ΠΊΡΡΠ΅Π³ΠΎ ΡΠΎΡΡΠΎΡΠ½ΠΈΡ ΠΊΠΎΠΌΠΌΠ΅ΡΡΠΈΠ°Π»ΠΈΠ·Π°ΡΠΈΠΈ ΡΠΏΡΠ°Π²Π»Π΅Π½ΠΈΡ ΠΏΡΠ±Π»ΠΈΡΠ½ΡΠΌΠΈ ΡΠΈΠ½Π°Π½ΡΠ°ΠΌΠΈ, ΠΎΠΏΡΠ΅Π΄Π΅Π»Π΅Π½ΠΈΠ΅ Π²ΠΎΠ·Π½ΠΈΠΊΠ°ΡΡΠΈΡ

Development of a package for automating the pipeline processing of quantum- chemical calculations using GAMESS on a cluster with a slurm queuing system
The GAMESS package is designed for computational quantum chemistry using ab initio methods. The
package allows you to perform calculations in parallel on both shared and distributed memory systems. The
experience of using computational quantum-chemical packages shows that it is often necessary to perform
pipeline calculations, that is, such calculations in which a number of sequential calculations are automated
and the results of each stage serve as input data for the next. For example, in the simplest case, the
geometry of the calculated molecule is first optimized, and then some other calculation in which the
coordinates optimized at the first stage serve as the initial ones. Existing wrappers for quantum-chemical
packages, such as MacMolPlt, Avogadro and a number of others, only allow visualizing the results of
calculations or help to compose input files for calculations. Therefore, it was decided to write our own
wrapper for GAMESS, which performs the task of automating and pipelining calculations. At the same time, it
is necessary that such a program also be able to work with the cluster queuing system - in our case, Slurm
