    Algunos problemas prácticos de traducción relacionados con el concepto de “traducción filológica” (en el ejemplo de la traducción de las obras de C. Simon del francés al ruso)

    The purpose of this paper is to put forward a hypothesis about the “philological translation” of literary texts of increased complexity and test it on the material of specific works. Based on the material of Russian and foreign translation studies, this paper formulates the concept of “philological translation” in the appendix to a specific publishing project within the series “Literary monuments” published by the Institute of World Literature of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and considers the most important practical aspects of the problem of adequate translation of literary texts of increased complexity. The analysis of the translation of two works by the representative of the French New Novel Claude Simon illustrates clearly the example of a “philological translation”. In the course of the study, the authors came to the conclusion that a philological translation implies an appeal to a text that is classical in its richness, complexity, and significance in world literature. The commercial potential of translating such a text is not obvious and requires the publisher to give up short-term profitability, the translator to give up routine work that fits into a predetermined time frame, and the reader to give up focusing on non-problematic (non-conflict, uncomplicated), linear, one-time reading/consumption of the book in favor of re-reading/savoring.El propósito de este trabajo es presentar una hipótesis sobre la “traducción filológica” de textos literarios de mayor complejidad y probarla en el material de obras específicas. Basado en el material de los estudios de traducción rusa y extranjera, el documento formula el concepto de "traducción filológica" en el apéndice de un proyecto editorial específico dentro de la serie "Monumentos literarios" publicada por el Instituto de Literatura Mundial de la Academia de Ciencias de Rusia, y considera los aspectos prácticos más importantes del problema de la traducción adecuada de textos literarios de mayor complejidad. El análisis de la traducción de dos obras por el representante de la Nueva Novela francesa Claude Simon ilustra claramente el ejemplo de una “traducción filológica”. En el curso del estudio, los autores llegaron a la conclusión de que una traducción filológica implica una apelación a un texto que es clásico en su riqueza, complejidad y significado en la literatura mundial. El potencial comercial de traducir un texto de este tipo no es obvio y requiere que el editor renuncie a la rentabilidad a corto plazo, que el traductor renuncie al trabajo de rutina que se ajusta a un marco de tiempo predeterminado y que el lector deje de centrarse en lo no problemático (no conflicto, sin complicaciones), lineal, lectura / consumo de una sola vez del libro a favor de volver a leer / saborear

    Emergency situations associated with infectious diseases dangerous for humans are actual for the Russian Federation. The probability of the occurrence of these events varies for different Russian Federation regions, but also for the individual municipalities of one region. Complex approach to the organization of anti-epidemic readiness for such situations is necessary. This approach should be based on differentiation of municipalities of a Russian Federation region according to the estimation of external and internal epidemiological risks associated. with diseases dangerous for humans. At the federal level the system of epidemiological surveillance is determined for diseases requiring measures for sanitary protection of the territory, and separately for almost every infectious disease, affecting the sanitary-epidemiological welfare of the population of the Russian Federation. In the frames of this study it is offered to consider the probability of the importation of infectious diseases, requiring measures for sanitary protection of the territory, as the external epidemiological risk. Diseases common to man and. animals, other endemic to the Russia infectious diseases, including relevant in regional pathology, are viewed as the potential and real internal epidemiological risk. The purpose of this study is the development of the control system of these epidemiological risks at the Municipal level. The three-level control system of the epidemiological risks according to differentiation of municipalities of a Russian Federation region by criteria of external and. internal epidemiological risks is proposed as a result of this work. The control system allows suggesting a priority orientation of organizational, preventive and anti-epidemic actions in municipalities and. promotes rational distribution of forces and means of Public Health Institutions in cases of emergency situations in the field of sanitary-epidemiological welfare associated with diseases dangerous for humans

    The subject of research is the analysis and definition of the information model of devices, the choice of technologies and protocols for data collection and analysis, routing protocols for the Internet of Things (IoT) networks. The purpose of the article is to create an information model of IoT devices, to define technologies and protocols for data transmission and processing and routing in Internet of Things systems. Building an information model of an IoT device includes identifying data sources and their formats, creating a model and data structure, and analyzing them using tools such as: Eclipse Vorto ThingBoard, Ubodots IoT, Node-Red-UI, freeboard.io . An example of a description of a model of microclimate control devices using the Eclipse Vorto toolkit is given. Two main data processing technologies from IoT devices are considered: IBM Watson IoT, Cisco IWF with examples of their application. Radio frequency, infrared, optical and galvanic technologies for interaction between data collection and data transmission devices in IoT networks with examples of their use are discussed. The areas of application of three main IoT network protocols are considered: MQTT (large corporate networks), CoAP (limited networks on the Internet), Bluetooth Low Energy (local networks without the Internet with a small amount of data).Wi-Fi WebSockets, ZigBee, LoRA, Simple RF, XMPP, RFID, NFC can be used as additional protocols for networks. The features of using routing protocols in IoT networks are discussed: RPL (low power consumption), cognitive RPL (for intelligent networks), CARP (for underwater communication networks), E-CARP (for data reuse).Предметом исследований является анализ и определение информационной модели устройств, выбор технологий и протоколов сбора и анализа данных, протоколов маршрутизации для сетей Интернета вещей (IoT). Цель статьи ‒ создание информационной модели IoT устройств, определение технологий и протоколов передачи и обработки данных и маршрутизации в системах Интернет вещей. Построение информационной модели IoT-устройства включает определение источников данных и их форматов, создание модели и структуры данных, их  анализ с помощью таких инструментов как: Eclipse Vorto ThingBoard, Ubodots IoT, Node-Red-UI, freeboard.io. Приведен пример описания модели устройств управления микроклиматом с использованием инструментария Eclipse Vorto. Рассмотрены две основные технологии обработки данных от IoT устройств: IBM Watson IoT, Cisco IWF с примерами их применения. Обсуждены радиочастотная, инфракрасная, оптическая и гальваническая технологии для взаимодействия между устройствами сбора данных и передачи данных в сетях IoT с примерами их использования.  Обсуждены области применения трех основных сетевых протоколов IoT: MQTT (большие корпоративные сети), CoAP (ограниченные сети в интернете), Bluetooth Low Energy (локальные сети без интернета с небольшим объемом данных).В качестве дополнительных протоколов для сетей  могут использоваться Wi-Fi WebSockets, ZigBee, LoRA, Simple RF, XMPP, RFID, NFC. Обсуждены особенности использования протоколов маршрутизации в IoT сетях: RPL (с низким энергопотреблением), cognitive RPL (для интеллектуальных сетей), CARP (для сетей подводной связи), Е-CARP (для многократного использования данных). Результаты исследований применяются для построения сети IoT анализа качества продукции
