This paper is a study on agent technology, and discusses the feasibility of achieving time scheduling using agent technology. An agent construction tool - JACK is introduced. As an experiment, the paper describes a specific implementation process for a tutorial scheduling system in a university environment. The research demonstrates that agent technology has potential in the same area of ambiguous  decision-making
