Mudharabah is one of the most widely quoted operating principles in Islamic banking. For Islamic financial institutions, mudharabah is a partnership agreement between at least two parties, that are a lender (sahib al-mal) and an agent manager (mudharib). This contract has great benefits and play an important role for human life. Mudharabah role in the development of Islamic economics is very important because it can improve the economic welfare of the people by empowering them. Mudharabah also connect the surplus unit who act as financier with the deficit unit who act as the manager. The surplus unit is the parties excess funds but do not have the expertise to develop such funds, while deficit unit is the parties who need funding but has expertise or access to business development

This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method which is a research method that utilizes qualitative data and is described descriptively. The data analysis technique used in this research is a qualitative analysis of the data obtained from the field, either in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study inform that productive infaq managed by BAZNAS Deli Serdang Regency uses a loan system and will be returned with mutually agreed terms

Peran DPRD terhadap Program Peningkatan Kualitas Kawasan Permukiman Kumuh Masyarat di Provinsi Sumatera Utara dalam Aspek Ekonomi Pembangunan

Salah Peran dari DPRD dalam perencanaan pembangunan daerah cukup besar serta dominan. Dimulai dari pembuatan Peraturan Daerah mengenai pola dasar pembangunan daerah. Kemudian program tahunan yang terdapat pada APBD (Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah) yang harus memperoleh persetujuan dari DPRD terlebih dahulu. Sebuah proyek tidak akan bisa masuk ke APBD jika DPRD merasa keberatan. Sebelum menyusun APBD, DPRD terlebih akan mengadakan kunjungan pada daerah-daerah guna menyerap aspirasi dari masyarakat untuk dijadikan bekal di dalam pembahasan bersama kepala daerah. Jenis penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mendeskripsikan menganalisis dan menginterpretasikan permasalahan serta kemudian mengambil kesimpulan dari permasalahan tentang program pemerintah terhadap peningkatan kualitas permukiman di provinsi Sumatera Utara. Dengan situasi, kondisi, dan faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk tulisan secara sistematis. Permukiman kumuh adalah produk pertumbuhan penduduk kemiskinan dan kurangnya pemerintah dalam mengendalikan pertumbuhan dan menyediakan pelayanan kota yang memadai. Masih banyaknya masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah yang belum memiliki rumah layak huni dan sarana utilitas umum juga menjadi masalah pembangunan di Sumatera Utara. Performance Analysis of the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives in Labuhanbatu Regency

This study aims to analyze the performance of the MSME Cooperative Office in Labuhanbatu Regency in carrying out the main tasks and functions of cooperative development. This study uses descriptive research with qualitative data assessment. In collecting data, researchers used interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Department of Cooperatives of UMKM in Labuhanbatu Regency in carrying out the main tasks and functions of fostering cooperatives is still less than optimal. Then there are factors that influence the performance found in the field, namely human resource factors and cooperative development factors that have an impact on the performance of the MSME Cooperative Office in Labuhanbatu Regency in carrying out the duties and functions of cooperative development

The research method is a qualitative mothod, the words are writen or spoken from the the people or subjecs are being observed. And this data is obtained from literature studies, interviews and observations to determine the analysis the role of the cooperative service and UKM for improving the society welfare.
