    The Influence of Intellectual Capital and Innovation on the Performance of Banks in Indonesia (Study on Banking Companies registered in the Stock Exchange Indonesia period 2011-2015). Thesis of Postgraduate Program in Muhammadiyah Surakarta of University 2017. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence of Intellectual Capital consisting of Value Added Capital Efficiency (VACE), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU), Structural Capital Value Added (SCVA) and Innovation consisting of the Number of ATM and Number of Offices on the Performance of Banking Finance in Indonesia to Return On Assets (ROA), in this study using Purposive Sampling Method with the number of sample 16 Banking Companies each year. The Banking Companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. The result of The study indicate that Value Added Capital Efficiency (VACE), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU), Structural Capital Value Added (SCVA), Amount of ATM and a Number of Offices, have significant effect to Return On Asset (ROA). Partially Value Added Capital Efficiency (VACE) , Value Added Human Capital (VAHU), have no significant effect to Return On Asset (ROA). Partially Structural Capital Value Added (SCVA), amount of ATM and a Number of Offices have significant effect to Return On Asset (ROA). For further study it is advisable to use Innovation Variables, a Number of ATM and Number of Branches, for example, E-banking Innovation

    The purpose of this paper is to find out whether Bank Size, Equity to Tottal Assets Ratio (EAR), Loan to Deposits Ratio (LDR), and Loan Loss Provision (LLP) have an effect on Bank Profitability (ROA). The population in this study were 43 banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during 2018. The number of samples used was 40 banks with those obtained by purposive sampling method. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis by performing a classic assumption test first. The research results based on the Determination Coefficient test (R2) indicate the Bank Size, EAR. LDR and LLP can explain Bank Profitability (ROA). Test Result F shows Size, EAR. LDR and LLP together have a significant effect on Bank Profitability (ROA). The t test results show Size and EAR have a significant effect on Bank Profitability (ROA), while the LDR and LLP do not have a significant effect on Bank Profitability (ROA)

    This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the capital structure as a factor that is considered in the decision-making of the optimal capital structure of property and real estate companies on the IDX in 2016-2017. The population in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the IDX. The sample in this study were 58 companies while the sampling method used purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, it is known that profitability, company size, non-debt tax shield, company growth, and liquidity do not affect the capital structure. While business risk and asset collateral value have a negative effect on capital structure. The results of the F test test revealed that profitability, company size, business risk, asset collateral value, non-debt tax shield, company growth, and liquidity influence the capital structure

    Pengaruh Atribut Produk Dan Word Of Mouth Terhadap Purchase Intention Transportasi Online Pada Konsumen Di Kota Surakarta

    This study aims to determine (1) the effect of service quality on purchase intention, (2) the effect of product price on purchase intention, (3) the influence of word of mouth on purchase intention. The results of this study are expected to be taken into consideration of the company in berkompetitif on product prices, evaluate the quality of services, and form a word of mouth about whether the product attributes and word of mouth can affect consumer buying interest. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study are consumers or users of online transport services in the city of Surakarta. Samples in this study were 100 respondents. Methods of data collection using convenience sampling withspreading google form and some distributing questionnaires personally. The analysis used in this research is test of research instrument, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, F test, t test and coefficient of determination (R2). The result of research shows that R2 is 0,696 (69,6%) meaning that Purchase Intention variable can be explained by product attribute and word of mouth, the rest is 30,4% influenced by other variable not included in research model. Based on the result of the research, (1) the quality of service has no significant effect to purchase intention, (2) the price of the product has a positive effect on purchase intention, given by the company, the higher the buying interest of prospective consumers, (3) word of mouth positive effect on purchase intention, the more positive the word of mouth is, the higher consumer buying interest

    The research aims to determaine the effect of sustainability report disclosure on financial performance, firm value and capital structure, on occured in companies incorporated in the LQ45 index and JII index and listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2011-2015 period. Sustaiability report disclosure measurement used Sustainability Report Diclosure Index (SRDI) based on Global Reporting Index (GRI) indicator. Financial performance measured by Return On Asset (ROA). Firm value measured used Torbins Q. While capital structure measure used Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Design of the research is quantitative with hyphotetico deductive approachment. Research result indicated that there is no significant positif relationship between sustainability report disclosure and the financial performance. Sustainability report disclosure has no significan positif relationship on firm value. And Sustainability report disclosure has no significan relationship on capital structure in the LQ 45 index, while Sustainability report disclosure has significan relationship on capital structure in the JII index.     This study aimed to analyze the influence of positive and significant firm size (Size), profitability (ROE) and laverage partially on internet financial reporting (IFR) the food and baverage company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. The population in this study using food and baverage company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2016 period. Samples are 14food and baverage companies, where the sample method used was purposive sampling, purposive sampling is a sampling method that takes an object with certain criteria. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t-statistic, the F-statistic and the coefficient of determination. From the analysis during the observation period t test results showed that the variable Firm Size and Profitability partially influence towardsInternet Financial Reporting, while Laverage no influence towardsInternet Financial Reporting. F test analysis results found that the variable firm size (Size), profitability (ROE), and laverage jointly significant effect on the Internet Financial Reporting. Results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R ²) were obtained Adjusted R square (R ²) of 0,245, indicating that the company value can be explained by the variable Firm Size, Profitability, andLeverage is 24,5%, while the rest described 75,5% are influenced by other factors beyond the variables studied.     The purpose of this study is to examine what the factors of Service Quality, Location, Promotion, Level of Religion, Rate of Return influence Customer Decision to use the product of Islamic Banking in Islamic Banking. Subjects of this Study were 109 customers of Islamic Banking in IslamicBanking. This study used quantitative descriptive method. Technique accumulated of data used by questionnaire technique and to analyze the data helped by IBM SPSS Statistic 20 software. The result of this study indicated that Rate of return was the only one variable that can influence to customer decision. But the other variable such as Service Quality, Location, Promotion and Level of religion were not influence with Customer Decision. It was happen because many customer still use emosional and rasional motif to choose the product of Islamic banking in Islamic Banking. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah faktor faktor seperti Kualitas Pelayanan, Lokasi Perusahaan, Promosi, Tingkat Religiusitasdan Tingkat Margin mempengaruhi Keputusan Nasabah dalam memilih layanan di Bank Syariah. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah nasabah Bank Syariah yang berjumlah 109 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada nasabah Bank Syariah yang kemudian data yang terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi software SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel tingkat margin merupakan satu-satunya variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam memilih layanan di Bank Syariah. Sedangkan variabel lainnya seperti kualitas pelayanan, lokasi perusahaan, promosi, dan tingkat religiusitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam memilih layanan diBank Syariah. Hal ini dapat terjadi karena banyaknya nasabah yang masih menggunakan motif rasional dan emosional serta kehati-hatian dalam memilih layanan bank syariah. Dimanan asabah bertindak atas dasar pikiran yang sehat, patut dan layak yang diukur berdasarkan harga, kemudahan, keuntungan dan kehandalan produk berdasarkan pertimbangan – pertimbangan subyektif seperti perasaan kebanggaan, status, harga diri yang diukur berdasarkan status social, kebanggan, kenyamanan serta keamanan
