An Analysis on the Economic Effects of Quality Certification System for New Industry Sector
우리 사회에 출생률 감소와 급속한 고령화, 일자리 감소와 소득 양극화 등 사회·경제적으로 부정적인 여건이 대두되고 지속되면서 앞으로의경제전망은 더욱 어두워지고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 정부는 경제 활성화를 위하여 미래 혁신성장동력 확보, 규제혁신 등 여러 경제정책을 종합하여추진하고 있다. 본 연구는 일반적으로 미래 성장동력으로 쉽게 여겨지지 않는 농식품분야에서 유망한 대표적인 신산업을 대상으로 분석을 실시하였다.
고령친화식품산업과 펫푸드(Pet Food)산업에 대하여 산업 활성화를 위한 규제개선의 과제로 품질인증제 도입을 제시하고 이로 인한 경제적 효과도예시적으로 계측하였으며, 마지막으로 이것이 갖는 경제학적 의미를 논의하였다. 두 농식품분야 신산업에서의 품질인증제 시행은 식품의 안전성을강화하는 동시에 사회 전체 후생도 향상시킬 수 있는 방안으로 기대된다.
The Korean economic outlook for the future is getting darker due to the socioeconomic negative conditions such as birth-rate decline, rapid aging, job losses and income polarization. In this situation, the government has been pursuing various economic policies such as ensuring future growth engines and regulatory reforms in order to revitalize the economy. This study was conducted to analyze representative new industries that are emerging in the agri-food sector, which are generally not considered as future growth engines. In the senior-friendly food industry and the pet food industry, the introduction of the quality certification system was proposed as an example of the regulation improvement for the industrial activation. Also its economic effect and meaning was discussed in this study. Implementation of the quality certification system in the two new industries is expected to enhance the food safety and improve the overall social welfare.N
An Analysis of Management Efficiency of the Farms which Produce Edible Insects using Data Envelopment Analysis
Meal-worms, protaetia brevitarsis seulensis larvae, adult crickets and beetle larvae were newly registered on Korean Food Standards Codex as food in 2016. Since then, the number of farmers producing edible insects began to explode, and edible insects were expected to be the most promising market in the insect industry. However, the edible insect-producing farmers has been suffered financially since edible insect sales have started to decline in 2018. So, this study will analyze management efficiency of the edible insect-producing farms using Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) to minimize the financial damage of the farms. And the purpose of this study is to suggest the directions of policy on edible insects through DEA results. Followings are the directions of policy on edible insects as a result of this study.
First, the result shows that meal-worm-producing farms manage their farms most efficiently among the edible insect-producing farms. So, if consumer demand on meal-worm only increase, meal-worm market will be the most stable market. To increase the demand on meal-worm, a consumption monitoring system for meal-worms should be established, and the consumers preferred form of intake should be identified and supplied. Second, protaetia brevitarsis seulensis larvae farms were figured out to be the most inconsistent production methods or processes. In other words, this insect is the most differentiated among edible insects. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a strategy for segmented market by identifying consumers preference attributes(e.g, price or nutrition). Third, as adult cricket-producing farms were shown to be less efficient due to their low overall input, the governments financial support for insect-farms should be made more active for farmers who produce adult crickets than other insects.N
친수성 폴리우레탄-소수성 폴리스티렌 IPN의 혈액 적합성에 관한 연구
친수성 폴리우레탄(PU)과 소수성 폴리스티렌(PS)으로 구성된 상호침투하는 고분자구조(IPN)를 동시중합방법에 의하여 합성하였다. 두성분의 조성비를 변화시킴에 의하여 친구성의 정도를 조절하였다. 이들의 표면 몰폴로지는 SEM으로 관찰하였고 표면의 젖음성은 접촉각측정에 의하여 구하였다. 혈액 적합성은 in vitro 혈소판 점착실험과 토끼를 이용한 ex vivo A-A shunt 실험을 행하여 평가하였다. 합성한 모든 IPN은 폴리우레탄 matrix에 폴리스티렌이 상(domain)을 이루는 친수성-소수성 미세 상분리 구조를 보였다. 혈소판 점착 실험결과 친수성-소수성 PU/PS IPN 표면에서 순수한 폴리우레탄 및 폴리스티렌 표면보다 혈소판의 점착 및 형태 변화가 현저하게 감소하였다. A-A shunt 실험에 의한 폐색(occlusion)시간은 IPN(PU 60wt%)이 100분으로 control로 사용한 폴리우레탄의 50분에 미하여 2배 정도 연장되는 향상된 항응혈성을 보였다. 따라서 친수성, 소수성 표면보다 우수한 혈액 적합성을 나타내었다

반투명 반전형 유기 태양전지의 성능 개선 및 광학적 모델링을 통한 최적화

It is one of the promising renewable energy technologies which have become important in recent years due to environmental issues, such as global warming and air pollution. With the worries over the depletion of conventional fossil fuels it is gaining ever more interest. This thesis describes the study conducted on organic thin-film solar cells, particularly investigating the possibility of semitransparent photovoltaic cells which can be used for building integrated photovoltaics (BIPV). Normal and inverted solar cells are fabricated following the steps in the literature and their performances are compared. As buffer layers, PEDOT:PSS is used for normal structure and a thin layer of is used for inverted cells. Efficiency up to 4.2% is achieved, which is the highest among the evaporated based cells reported in the literatures. Efficient semitransparent organic photovoltaic (ST-OPV) cells are presented in an inverted geometry employing (ZAW) as a top anode and as a bottom cathode. Upon identification of the light absorption that differs depending on the illumination direction, the degree of the absorption asymmetry is tuned by varying the ZAW structure to maximize the efficiency for one direction or to balance it for both directions. Optical simulation is performed to find the appropriate thickness for each design scheme. has relatively small effect on the optical characteristics of the whole device and is mainly used as a buffer layer. Power conversion efficiency close to that of conventional opaque OPV cells is demonstrated in semitransparent cells for the ITO side illumination by taking advantage of the internal reflection occurring at the organic/ ZAW interface. Cells with efficiencies that are reduced but balanced for both illumination directions are also demonstrated.
