ผ๋ฌธ (๋ฐ์ฌ)-- ์์ธ๋ํ๊ต ๋ํ์ : ์ ๊ธฐยท์ปดํจํฐ๊ณตํ๋ถ, 2015. 2. ๊ถ์ฑํ.In this thesis, I describe a principle and system for rapid drug susceptibility test (DST) of M. tuberculosis (MTB). In the test system, single cell of MTB is immobilized in the agarose matrix and culture media with TB drugs are diffused into the agarose. The response of single cell is observed by microscopy and the images were transformed by image processing program for quantification. In case of common pathogen, antibiotic susceptibility test comparable with standard method was performed in 3 ~ 4 hours. Single cell morphological analysis is developed to handle the heterogeneous responses of bacteria in the various antimicrobial condition and the system derived an AST result satisfying the FDA standard for new AST systems. In the final, DST system for MTB was developed which can determine the DST of MDT in one week by single cell tracking method. Single cell tracking method in agarose matrix is validated as a solution for tackle the global health problem of tuberculosis and antibiotic resistance.1.Introduction 1

EDISON_CFD : Development of e-Science-based Simulation Software and Contents for Education and Research in Fluid Engineering
EDISON_CFD, an abbreviation of "EDucation-research Integration through Simulation On the Net for Computational Fluid Dynamics", is a virtual organization designed to support the education research in fluid engineering on the e-Science environment. As the first step, our research group focuses on developing simulation software and contents based on numerical analyses. Through national research projects, many R&D results have been developed and accumulated in universities and research institutes. However, educational contents used for delivering advanced researches to inspire students still lack. Thus, development of software and contents for effective and advanced education & research is necessary. The present work aims to establish the platform of simulation softwares and contents for online education research in fluid engineering using the results of the state-of-art techniques. This will fortify not only the capability of students in fluid engineering but also the national strength in research.์ด ๋

์ , ์ ๋ต์ ์ฐจ์์ ์์ฌ์ ์ ์ ๊ณตํ์๋ค.The present study conducted efficiency analyses of domestic cable TV operators (SO). First, it measured the efficiency scores using DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) method for domestic corporate performance of the SO. Second, this study attempted to determine the cause of the efficiency of the SO by conducting a regression analysis which sets efficiency scores as the dependent variable.
This study showed tht an average level of efficiency is 88%, and that level of scale efficiency is 95%. Bootstrap analysis using DEA found that the efficiency value of the existing has been overestimated by an average of 4%.
The findings of this study suggested that cost and a form of businesses have significant impact on the efficiency of SO. Therefore, these results provide policy and strategic implications for improving the efficiency of SO

And by that, previous studies are mainly conducted related to the existing CCTV and crime prevention in the perception of public administration. However, as with the fast development of technology, there is lack of understandings and research on the technical aspects of the Integrated CCTV Control Center.
Therefore, this paper attempts to suggest not only the governments guideline, but also technical perception by analyzing how the efficient development of the systems influences the enlargement, maintenance cost and application through cases of Seoul and Gyeongi Province.
The relevant legislation, system and guidelines on the establishment of the Integrated CCTV Control Center have already been officially announced, but they mainly focused on the administrative procedure and presented only basic guidelines of technical consideration affecting the functional aspects.
This study aims to suggest the standard guideline for supporting solution findings of public officers who having difficulties in the efficient operation of CCTV Control Center based on technical experience and in-depth case analysis. This study attempts to consider the case study of mobile cloud service as a major infrastructure of information technology. Through this case study, we would like to explore how companies can create a business opportunity and what are the constraints and needs for designing a service based on new Information technology.
The case in this research based on an experience that global IT leading company, CISCO and one of the best electronics company, company A on construction of mobile cloud environment. CISCO gave a value chain solution through offering company A to a stable cloud infra based on network and server technology and its efficient management skills that guarantee compatibility and scalability. Using that, company A constructed stable private/public cloud service environments through applying the solution to the scalable architecture. The service environments make new business chances based on IT in the global market.
In this study, even though many domestic companies recognize the need for accepting the new information technology but they also concern about the information leakage.
