One hundred and eight teen(118) contents development experts from 4 e-Learning development companies in Korea were invited as participants. Based on the results of a literature review, a theoretical model that describes the causal relationships among the relational dimension of social capital and the four stages of knowledge creation stages was suggested. For the validation of the suggested model and for the estimation of the related path coefficients, several structural equation modelling analyses using AMOS 7.0 were conducted. The results indicated that; 1) the validity of the model was evidenced by the empirical data, and 2) all of the 7 hypotheses suggested were also accepted. Based on the results, implication to the team organization strategy and future research directions were discussed

The 284 samples for the study was randomly selected out of the 95,487 population registered to the database of the Korea Employment Promotion Agency for the Disabled (KEPAD). Results indicate that the disabled workforce recognize the importance of vocational training for their employability, especially when the training programs they experienced were more focused on the hands-on, job-related contents rather than those on socialization contents. The respondents' preferred methods of training was inconsistent across their experience with cyber education: Those who have experienced cyber education significantly more preferred this new technology-based method to their non-experience colleagues. They also addressed that their preferred media of instruction were multimedia, audio-visual, visual-only, audio-only, and leastly, text-only material. Interpretations of the results of the study are provided in light of past research and additional data collected from the study. Implications of the study are also discussed along with suggestions for future research
