It is helpful to page terminals in cellular system. The location is divided by zone including several cells. When the terminal goes through the boundary between two zones and enters a new zone, it has to register its location through system access procedure. If a lot of terminals transmit location registration messages at the boundary concurrently in case of being transported by public transportation system like subway, many competitions occur and consequently many registrations will fail and have to retry. In this paper, we will present the result measured in real subway environment and test system which varies some parameters in order to optimize the performance.한국정보통신대학원대학교 : 공학부

A minimum cost attribute acceptance sampling inspection plan for destructive testing

학위논문(석사) - 한국과학기술원 : 산업공학과, 1978.2, [ iii, 69 p. ]본 논문은 파양실험조사에 있어서 비용을 최소로 하는 샘플링 검사방법에 관한 연구다. 제품의 검사에는 여러가지 비용이 따르며, 그러한 비용을 최소로 하는 일반적인 모형을 제시하기란 쉬운 일이 아니다. 이제까지 많은 최소비용검사방법이 있어 왔지만, 불합격된 로트를 스크린하는 경우는 파양실험검사에서는 거의 찾아 볼 수 없으며, 더욱이 스크린이 불완전하다고 판정하여 확인을 위한 두번째 샘플을 검사하고, 다시 로트의 합격여부를 가리는 경우까지 포함한 일반적인 모형은 없었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 일반적인 샘플링검사과정을 판정하고, Hald가 비파양일회샘플링 검사에 대한 최소비용검사를 구한 방식을 이용하여, 최소비용검사방식을 찾았다. 사전분포가 다루기 힘든 함수이거나, 로트의 크기가 큰 경우에는 최적해를 구하기가 매우 힘드므로, 최적해에 가까운 값을 얻을 수 있으면서 동시에 계산을 편하게 해 주는 준 최적해를 구하였다. 사전분포를 구형분포로 판정한 예를 들었고, 그 결과, 최적해와 준최적해가 거의 비슷한 값을 가짐을 보였다. 또한, 본 논문의 의의는 좀 더 현실에 가까운 모형에 대한 최소비용샘플링 검사방법을 제시하는데 있다고 하겠다.한국과학기술원 : 산업공학과
