    Psammaplin A의 전합성과 유도체들의 항암 활성에 관한 연구

    학위논문 (석사)-- 서울대학교 대학원 : 약학과, 2014. 2. 박형근.Psammaplin A는 해양천연물인 Psammaplysillia sponge에서 분리되었으며 HDAC와 DNMT효소를 저해하는 cytotoxicity를 통한 항암효과와 항균효과가 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구자는 Psammaplin A의 전합성을 연구하여 이전 합성방법들 보다 더욱 경제적인 Psammaplin 유도체 합성을 가능 하게 하였다. 더 나아가 이 방법을 더욱 개량하여 5 step의 짧은 step 수와, Protecting-free를 특징으로 한 훨씬 효율적인 2차 전합성 루트를 개발하였다. 또한 이러한 전합성을 토대로 하여, 다양한 유도체들을 합성을 수행하였으며 이들을 생물학적 활성 테스트를 통해 활성 정도를 측정하였다. 이러한 Psammaplin 전합성과 유도체의 항암활성 연구 결과들은 앞으로 이루어질 새로운 Psammaplin계 항암제 개발에 응용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.국문 초록 1 목 차 2 Figure 목록 3 Scheme 목록 4 Table 목록 5 Ⅰ. 서 론 6 1.     학위논문(석사) - 한국과학기술원 : 산업공학과, 1993.2, [ [iii], 69 p. ]Parameter design, proposed by Taguchi, has received much attention from engineers in industry as an efficient method for designing products or processes. The basic idea of parameter design is to determine settings of design parameters at which the performance characteristic of a product is robust to such noises as environmental disturbances, deterioration, imperfect production, etc. In parameter design, it is very important to obtain statistically valid estimators of SN ratios at each experimental setting. For parameter design of dynamic systems, Taguchi proposed several estimators of SN rations. The purpose of this thesis is to identify the problems with the Taguchi SN ratios and to develop statistically valid alternatives. This thesis deals with two classes of dynamic parameter design problems. The first includes the cases where noise factors are not compounded and the second considers the cases where a compound noise factor is used. For each class of problems, the ideal relationship between the performance characteristic and the signal is assumed to be linear, while the actual relationship between them is modelled by orthogonal polynomials. For each class of problems, we develop statiscally more valid estimators of SN ratios than the ones Taguchi proposed.한국과학기술원 : 산업공학과

    Step-Down Spatial Randomness Test for Detecting Abnormalities in DRAM Wafers with Multiple Spatial Maps

    Defects on semiconductor wafers are not uniformly distributed, but tend to cluster. These spatial defect patterns contain useful information about issues during integrated circuit fabrication. Promptly detecting abnormal wafers is an important way to increase yield and product quality. However, research on identifying spatial defect patterns has focused only on flash memory with a single wafer map. No procedure is available for identifying spatial defect patterns on dynamic random access memory (DRAM) with multiple wafer maps. This paper proposes a new step-down spatial randomness test for detecting abnormalities on a DRAM wafer with multiple spatial maps. We adopt nonparametric Gaussian kernel-density estimation to transform the original fail bit test (FBT) values into binary FBT values. We also propose a spatial local de-noising method to eliminate noisy defect chips to distinguish the random defect patterns from systematic ones. We experimentally validated the proposed procedure using real-life DRAM wafers. These experimental results demonstrate that our approach can viably replace manual detection of abnormal DRAM wafers

    Data mining-based variable assessment methodology for evaluating the contribution of knowledge services of a public research institute to business performance of firms

    This study proposes a methodology for assessing the contribution of knowledge services (KSs) provided by a Korean public research institute to the business performance of firms. A new methodology based on a data mining-based variable assessment method in a regression model is proposed for the service-level assessment. The contribution of the KSs to firms’ business performance is analyzed using their attributes and specific business performance indicators through the conditional variable permutation method in the random forest regression. This reduces the ambiguity in variable importance caused by the correlations among input variables. The proposed methodology is applied to the survey dataset collected from firms. The survey dataset is examined 1) for the whole data and 2) for a subset of the data, namely, small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The empirical results show behavioral properties of firms with regard to the given KSs in general and SMEs in particular. Practical and user-friendly service product types increase the firms’ expectation on business performance. Also, flexibility in the service products helps firms acquire much-needed knowledge and boosts their expectation on business performance. In particular, SMEs expect better business performance from the KSs that help them create business plans and strategies
