No full textThe present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing a monoacetyldiacylglycerol compound as an active ingredient for preventing or treating chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, and a functional health food composition for treating or preventing chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases. The monoacetyldiacylglycerol compound of the present invention inhibits the IL-4 expression in EL-4 cells and inhibits the infiltration of inflammatory cells into the bronchial tube in an animal model. In addition, the compounds of the present invention have an excellent effect of inhibiting the expression of CXCL-1, TNF-.alpha., or MIP-2, thereby overcoming side effects of the currently used therapeutic agents for chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, having no toxicity, and exhibiting a superior therapeutic effect, and thus can be useful as a composition for preventing, treating, and alleviating chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases.국

No full text본 발명은 모노아세틸디아실글리세롤 화합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는, 만성폐쇄성 폐질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물, 만성폐쇄성 폐질환의 예방 또는 개선용 건강기능식품 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 모노아세틸디아실글리세롤 화합물은, EL-4 세포에서 IL-4의 발현을 억제하고, 동물모델에서 기관지 내 염증세포 침윤을 억제한다. 또한, 본 발명의 화합물들은, CXCL-1, TNF-α 또는 MIP-2의 발현을 억제하는 효과가 우수한 바, 현재 사용되는 만성폐쇄성 폐질환 치료제의 부작용을 극복하고, 독성이 없으면서 치료효과가 탁월한 화합물로서 만성폐쇄성 폐질환 예방, 치료 및 개선용 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.국
