In particular, in the case of married women with children, it is known that the problem of career interruption is serious because work-family conflicts have a great impact on organizational levels such as job turnover intentions as well as individual levels. In the case of the public sector with high job security, the problem of career interruption for women is relatively less than that of the private sector. But the problem of a marked decrease in career development due to the heavy double burden of work and family appears to be serious. In public organizations with long-term tenure, career success such as promotion is the greatest reward, and periodic success experiences throughout life are essential for active work life. Recently, with the spread of gender equality awareness, studies have been conducted on men's work-family conflict patterns and attitudes toward work-family balance. But studies on the difference in the effects of work-family conflict on career success between men and women are insignificant, it is still necessary to empirically analyze whether women's career sacrifices due to work-family conflict are greater than men's. In particular, in the case of public institutions, the need for research on the pattern of work-family conflict experienced by child-rearing period workers and the gender difference in their impact has increased because non-living with spouses and children has become a big problem due to the relocation of the head office to a regional area. Therefore, this study aimed at male and female workers in the child-rearing period of public institutions and determined that the sub-elements of work-family conflict(WFC), Work Interference with Family(WIF) and Family Interference with Work(FIW), mediated by job burnout and depression, which are individual psychological dimensions. Thus, the effect on career satisfaction was confirmed, and the moderating effect of gender was demonstrated in the process. The research results are as follows. WIF and FIW had a positive(+) effect on job burnout and depression, and a negative(-) effect on career satisfaction. Job burnout and depression had a negative(-) effect on career satisfaction and mediated the relationship between work-family conflict and career satisfaction. Gender was found to moderate the relationship between WIF and depression, and WIF and career satisfaction. Based on the above results, policy and practical implications were presented, and future research directions were also presented based on the limitations of existing studies.

With the spread of mobile devices and the general use of SNS, the current era continues to produce new contents even at this moment, and consumers are living in overflowing contents to the extent that the term 'content smog' emerges. To solve this problem, companies analyze consumers, predict their tastes and preferences, and recommend information or products that are tailored to each individual. By using recommendation service consumers can make their choices easier. In this study, we will look into how this recommendation service is implemented in the media environment market. With the development of the media environment, consumers can watch broadcast programs and video contents that they want to watch anytime and anywhere through OTT (Over-The-Top) service. We will focus on YouTube, which is used by the largest number of consumers among various OTT services. Consumers use YouTube which has full of numerous information and contents, but through the content recommendation service, they can easily obtain the information and contents they want. The core of the content recommendation service is to select and recommend the information and contents that consumers want the most among many information contents based on data from consumers using the service. Content recommendation services have the advantage of making consumers choices more easier by recommending content that consumers will like more accurately based on AI. However, the possible disadvantages of using these services are also not to be overlooked. Automated referral services can also violate consumer choice and autonomy. In addition, consumer privacy problems may occur as the personal information provided by consumers to receive recommendations is continuously collected by the companies. This study examined the consumer privacy concerns that consumers have in using content recommendation services. By dividing consumer privacy concerns into three concerns: data collection โ€ง sales โ€ง retention concerns, device and service sharing concerns, and filter bubble concerns. The factors affecting consumer privacy concerns were divided into privacy-related factors in the general context, privacy-related factors in the personal context, and privacy-related factors in the contextual context. Finally, we examined the effects of consumer privacy concerns on consumer privacy protection behaviors when using content recommendation services. The results of this study are as follows. First, in using the content recommendation service, it is confirmed that consumers are more concerned about the privacy of consumers according to the context. Among the three levels of concern, the highest concern was in order of concern about data collection โ€ง sale โ€ง retention, concerns about device and service sharing, and concerns about filter bubble. As a result, as a service provided in online, consumers generally found that information about themselves was collected and stored by others, and that fear of others knowing much about themselves was the highest. Second, among the concerns that consumers have when using the content recommendation service, concerns about data collection โ€ง sale โ€ง retention were found to be significant among consumers who have experiences of privacy infringement, consumers with privacy protection awareness, and those with sensitive personalities. This can lead to concerns about having the same experience through experiences where privacy has been breached, and can affect the concern about your data being collected, sold, or retained by the company if you are aware that privacy should be protected. In addition, consumers who have high neuroticism personalities have privacy concern because their data may be misused by the company. Third, among the concerns that consumers have when using the content recommendation service, concerns about sharing devices and services are positive(+) significance for consumers who have experience of invading privacy, and negative(-) significance for consumers with extravert personalities. People who have experience invading personal information about themselves are bound to fear that sharing their device or service with others will infringe their privacy. When extroverts share their devices and services with others, they know that their views and activities are public, so they don't care much about their tastes and don't worry that this violates their privacy. Fourth, among the concerns that consumers have when using the content recommendation service, privacy concerns regarding filter bubbles have been shown to be significant in the case of consumers who usually experience privacy infringement or watch a lot of sensitive contents. Consumers who have experienced privacy infringement know that they may return in the wrong direction to them, and they have to worry that the content recommendation service may return to restrict their options. In addition, if consumers who watch a lot of sensitive content, the consumers can be worried about that the content recommendation service identify who they are. Fifth, the relationship between consumer privacy concerns and consumer privacy protection behavior when using the content recommendation service is as follows. Only privacy concerns regarding device and service sharing and concerns about filter bubbles have a significant effect on protection behavior. When people share a device or service, they often delete their viewers' history, searches, and activities because of the fact that others can see their information. In addition, as the recommendation service is provided based on his / her viewing history or search history, this may limit the content that he / she can watch. And limiting the individual's choice by continuously recommending similar contents.์˜ค๋Š˜๋‚  ์†Œ๋น„์ž๋“ค์€ ๋ฏธ๋””์–ด ํ™˜๊ฒฝ์˜ ๋ฐœ์ „์œผ๋กœ OTT (Over-The-Top) ์„œ๋น„์Šค๋ฅผ ํ†ตํ•ด ์–ธ์ œ, This study analyzes the text of popular songs that describe Gisaeng among popular songs enjoyed in the first half of the 20th century. Early Gisaengs in popular songs were represented as dual images such as sacredness and mundane world, and when they were alive, they were considered the incarnation of secularity. When they died, they were praised as sacred persons like Kang, Myeong-hwa. Meanwhile, Gisaengs in popular songs in the 1930s were depicted as different images in accordance with the gender of poetic ego. In the works of female poetic ego, they were represented mostly as Gisaengs themselves so that there were many works that they lamented their lives. Among the songs sung by male poetic ego, they occasionally were touched with pity for Gisaengs in other countries; however, they satirized them as the subjects of laughing on the whole. It can be pointed out that the songs of female poetic ego reflected the hope of the contemporary Gisaengs who wanted to keep their dignity as human beings. However, the songs of male poetic ego represented the dominant and general attitudes towards Gisaengs. What is important is that male poetic ego did not think of Gisaengs as the subjects of romantic love in the songs any longer. Furthermore, there was no praise for the artistic talents of Gisaengs. In conclusion, it can be assumed that Gisaengs in the first half of the 20th century reflects their fall

Considering this kind of pandemic may be repeated in the future more frequently, and the environmental and social review of the multilateral development banks is essential for the sustainable development of recipient countries, this study is meaningful to conserve global ecological and social values. To this end, I collected the data through in-depth interviews with 18 environmental and social specialists from Asian Development Bank (ADB) and conducted open coding, axis coding, and selective coding on the interview contents. As a result, 83 concepts, 22 subcategories, and 9 categories were deduced. Applying the paradigm model, restrictions on field activities, inappropriate work-from-home environment, and inefficient and ineffective virtual communication were derived as causal, contextual, and interventional conditions respectively. The poor and inadequate performance was identified as a central phenomenon. Action/interaction strategies to cope with the central phenomenon are: first, making effort to familiarize with working virtually at home; second, taking risk-based strategic approaches; third, finding an alternative method that can minimize on-site activities; and fourth, utilizing the available local manpower to continue the minimum essential field work. Through these efforts, the specialists were eventually able to learn how to meet the bankโ€™s environmental and social standards(safeguard policy principles). Taking all into account, the core category was drawn and summarized as โ€œthe process to overcome the crises by going forward to positive change from repetition of old practicesโ€. Based on the lesson learned, to proactively respond to the new normal and potential pandemic in the future, it is necessary to maintain and develop the newly introduced environmental and social due diligence methods. Second, it is necessary to enhance understanding on the importance of environmental and social review of all project members and to strengthen internal operation procedures. Third, more investment is required for the development of environmental and social manpower that can be active in the field. The limitation of this study is that, first, the subject of the study was limited to ADB. Second, the response to future pandemic can be fundamentally very different as the technologies are evolving fast. Third, this study was limited to thematic analysis, and it was not enough to establish any theoretical hypothesis or foundation through it. Lastly, the study was undertaken with only applying Strauss and Corbin's theory, which is one of the various grounded theories. Despite these limitations, it is meaningful to study how multilateral development banks could continue environmental and social review under the pandemic considering the environmental and social review of these banks is a preemptive response to global environmental and social issues.
