    No full text
This article is based on the author's experience from the research into Koryeosaram, Korean immigrants in Russia for the last five years, focusing on the production of video materials. One of the merits of this article is to show that historians, including Russian historians, can be a planner of a "cultural contents" program, through his reorganization, not creation, of his materials, based on his long-time research. The digitalization of the history of Koryeosaram was, therefore, possible through the constant research of Koryeosaram. Cultural contents are not a product of a single field of study. They are produced through processing the "raw" materials, after the proper application of technology. In the information age, history needs to accept the field of cultural contents study as a sub-field of history: applied history or applied human studies
