A Study on connection service based on Science & Technology Information Distribution platform

funder : 과학기술부국가과학기술정보의 다양성으로 인해 의사결정에 필요한 주요정보의 획득에 많은 시간 이 소요되고 있어, 사용자의 접근편이성 및 이용가능성을 제고하기 위한 정보유통기반플 랫폼 구축이 요구되고 있다. 또한 국가연구개발사업의 조사․분석․투자․평가과정에서 매년 수집․검증․축적되고 있는 정보는 전략적 의사결정을 위하여 국가과학기술정보에서 중요한 비중을 차지하고 있고 필요성이 증대되고 국가과학기술정보 유통기반플랫폼의 활성화를 위해 국가연구개발사업 투자·평가정보시스템과의 연계를 통한 사업정보, 과제정보, 성과 정보의 종합적인 연계정보 제공이 요구된다. 따라서 이런 필요성에 따라 국가연구개발사 업 투자정보와 평가정보를 체계적으로 수집하여 사용자위주의 정보 접근 및 서비스체계를 유통․활용하기 위해 국가과학기술종합정보시스템(이하 NTIS) 정보유통 플랫폼과의 연계 체제 구축방안을 수립하고자 한다.To achieve necessary information for important decision making, unavoidable time-consuming works occur due to the diversity of the national information of science and technology. It leads to a demand for the construction of integrated platform system based on information distribution, such that it improves users easy approach and usage possibility. The information (collected, verified and accumulated annually in the process of study, analysis, investment and valuation of national R&D business) play an important role in the area of the national information of science and technology for the strategic decision making. To activate the integrated platform system, a comprehensive network between the information of business, subject and product is required in the connection with the information of investment and valuation system of national R&D businesses. In accordance with the necessity mentioned above, this research paper is to establish a connection plan with NTIS for the purpose of collecting and distributing systematically the information of investment and valuation, and activating the integrated user-friendly service system
