    Data quality assessment and construction of neutral data structure for simulation of midterm scheduling of shipbuilding process

    The scheduling system in shipbuilding process is susceptible to various plan changes and thus is difficult to predict in advance. Estimation of workloads and resulting processing time have been a challenge to enhance productivity. To overcome the above drawbacks, an effort to utilize computer-based simulation has been continuously made. However, the simulation in most cases has been carried out for one time use at a specific shipyard and thus customization for each shipyard has to be repeatedly made. In this paper, an approach for the standardization of planning data of midterm scheduling system is presented. First, the structure of complex planning data system is analyzed and a common structure that facilitates the simulation by converting the custom data into standardized format is constructed. Also, an XML-based translator is developed. Verification of developed data structure is carried out in a .NET-based application.     Ships occupy a large part of logistics transportation. Most ships use high-speed diesel engines to generate and operate electric power. However, the demand for eco-friendly ships, eco-friendly ships and smart ships is increasing due to rising oil prices and environmental problems caused by ship discharges. Due to ship emission regulations such as sulfur oxide and nitrogen oxide, a scrubber or SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) is used in ships, and research for energy saving systems or load control using batteries is being conducted. Existing energy saving algorithms (Heat and Ventilation Air Conditioning System, Eengine Room Fan Control System, Pump Control System) and battery interlocking system obtain information on the minimum necessary equipment in each system, and always optimize energy. Focused on keeping it. This has a limitation in that it is an algorithm that does not consider the ship's operating mode and each power system. In this paper, we propose an EMS (Energy Management System) algorithm that integrates the load and battery interlocking system used in the energy saving algorithm used in container ships, and compare and analyze the effects through simulation. For energy comparison and numerical analysis, the environment was developed by modeling each energy saving algorithm and the load and power generation linkage system corresponding to the battery operation system. In addition, the signals required for interworking with EMS were selected from the existing algorithm, and the algorithm was modified.     Over the past 10 years, South Korea has implemented various plantation projects including the Pine Restoration Project in Tujiin Nars and the desertification prevention forestation in Lun soum. This study has evaluated the implementation feasibility on the small-scale A/R CDM projects in Mongolia through which carbon emission credits can be secured. Characteristics, pros and cons, economic feasibility, and project execution feasibility were compared among three possible sites, Khyalganat, Tujiin Nars, and Lun soum. Among the three evaluated sites, Tujiin Nars has the better condition in tree growth, economic geasibility, and the applicability of experience that the other two sites.
