crafting, person-jpb fit, informal learning and job challenge, and to clarify moderating effects of LMX and workload of office workers in large corporations in South Korea. The target population of the study is a office worker of 500 large corporations in South Korea provided by CEOSCORE DAILY. Data collection was conducted through URL from 22nd, April, 2019 to 3rd, May, 2019. A Total of 472 out of 500 questionnaires from 25 corporations were returned, of which 456 were used for data analysis after data cleaning. The questionnaire items consisted of 7 items of job performance, 15 items of job crafting, 9 items of person-job fit, 12 items of informal learning, 4 items of job challenge, 7 items of leader-member exchange(LMX), 5 items of workload, 5 items of demographics characteristics, a total of 64 items were used. The questionnaire was used for the present study after verifying the validity and reliability of the questionnaire through the preliminary survey. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 23.0 for descriptive statistics, correlation analysis between variables, AMOS 23.0 for factor analysis, model fit, and influence relationship, and PROCESS macro for moderating effects. Findings and conclusions of the study were as follows. First, based on the theoretical background, the structure of the job performance, job crafting, person-job fit, informal learning and job challenge of the office workers in large corporations set by the researchers adequately explained the empirical data. Second, the person-job fit(ฮฒ=.352) and the informal learning(ฮฒ=.639) of the office workers in the large corporations had a statistically significant effect on job crafting and the job challenge had no significant effect on job crafting. And job crafting(ฮฒ=.827) has a statistically significant effect on job performance. There are three conclusions with findings. Consideration should be given to ways to increase the person-job fit of individuals at the organization level. And in order to promote informal learning activities at the organizational level, consideration should be given to providing time sharing of job related opinions of team units, provision of sharing opportunities of problem solving methods, and various information related to jobs. Lastly, it is necessary to increase the job crafting level of the individual's at the organizational level. Third, job crafting of office workers in large corporations has mediating effect between person-job fit, job performance, and informal learning and job performance(ฮฒ=.291, 529). It can be seen that job crafting plays a key role in the job performance related model of large office workers. Fourth, the leader-member exchange of office workers in large corporations has moderating effect between informal learning and job crafting(ฮฒ=-.136). Individuals who acquire diverse knowledge through informal learning have a good relationship with their own leader and trust in him, they are trying to maintain their previous work practices rather than trying to perform them in a new and better way. And in the case of work load, the moderating effect between job challenge and job crafting was significant(ฮฒ=.090). The higher the level of the workload, the more the level of the challenging consciousness for the job is influenced more efficiently by the new method than the previous one. Four suggestions presented by the conclusions of this study are as follows. First, when conducting research on job crafting for workers in large corporations, it is necessary to subdivide research subjects and consider various factors. Second, it is necessary to consider that these relationships can be nonlinear in follow-up studies confirming the relationship between job challenge and job crafting. Third, there is a need to consider ways to improve the level of job crafting that directly affects the job performance.
