Since the photocrosslinking reaction mechanism of SF molecules using riboflavin was recently reported, research on 3D printing of SF using digital light processing (DLP) technology has been actively conducted. As a photoinitiator, riboflavin absorbs light in the 350-450 nm region to form radicals, and at this time, SF forms dityrosine bonds through photo-oxidation to form a hydrogel network. The use of riboflavin in the photocrosslinking reaction of SF is quite challenging and few previously studied cases. However, it is worth researching as it is possible to fabricate a 3D printed structure that is highly biocompatible and maintains its shape only with SF and riboflavin. In addition to exploiting the photocrosslinking reaction of SF, the introduction of an anti-aliasing strategy in DLP printing can improve the resolution of SF patterns by reducing stair effects. Since resolution is a hardware limitation of equipment used in DLP printing, image processing processes such as grayscale processing and image adjustment in pixel units are required to improve resolution. In this study, the hardware limitations of DLP projector resolution were overcome through customized grayscale processing software. The improved resolution of the SF 3D printed structure is evaluated through the smaller and sharper microneedle structure. In this study, a SF microneedle was fabricated and its performance was evaluated through a penetration test on pig skin. In addition, the process of creating a 3D model for DLP printing can be omitted through image adjustment in pixel units. Since the DLP pattern image is a two-dimensional bitmap, the image can be scaled pixel by pixel to print a structure of the desired shape, which is verified by creating a relatively large size structure. In this study, an optical film structure for light harvesting was fabricated and light diffraction characteristics were investigated. It was confirmed that a minimum of 1.62% and a maximum of 6.74% more voltage was produced in the photovoltaic cell using the fabricated SF optical film structure. This research will serve as an opportunity to broaden the application field of protein-based ink by presenting the experimental results for DLP printing of SF.SF (Silk fibroin)๋Š” ์ƒ์ฒด์ ํ•ฉ์„ฑ์ด ๋†’์•„ ํ˜„์žฌ ๋‹ค์–‘ํ•œ ๋ถ„์•ผ์—์„œ ์‚ฌ์šฉ๋˜๋Š” ์ฒœ์—ฐ ๋‹จ๋ฐฑ์งˆ ์žฌ๋ฃŒ๋‹ค. In particular, developing countries are more vulnerable to climate change than developed countries. In recent years, climate change has severely affected human lives, economic activity, physical assets, and the environment in the Mekong region, including Thailand. Climate change is causing intensified tropical cyclones, floods, droughts, landslides, and sea level rise in the region. Thailand has taken measures at the government level to cope with such a crisis. One of the measures is the Climate Change Master Plan (CCMP). This study examines the background and process of climate change policy in Thailand, which has the highest income level and energy use in the Mekong region. To confirm this, the study looks at the political, economic, social, and international context of Thailand as the basis of the policy, and explains it through the theories of the Developmental State. The next step is to identify who is directly or indirectly participating in policy formation, and how the agenda is transformed into policy through a policy formation system. Finally, the process of formation of CCMP in Thailand is explained through Cobb and Ross's Theory of Agenda Formation Process. This study uses literature surveys and in-depth interviews as research methods. Literature surveys show how Thailand's climate change policy has progressed historically, and predict the changes and direction in policy decisions for the future. In addition, this study refers not only to the Thai government report, but also to the reports published by international organizations. In-depth interviews were conducted with each stakeholder through field surveys. These interviews were conducted in five divisions: Government, International Organizations, Academia/Research Institutes, Civic Organizations, and Donor Agencies related to climate change in Thailand. The results of the study showed that Thailand has the characteristics of a New Authoritarian Developmental State in terms of its policy environment. Due to frequent coups and government-led economic growth, the views of civil society, which emphasize the climate change agenda, have been ignored. However, as climate change issues have emerged as an important agenda in the international community, policy makers have begun to pay attention to these issues, and in particular, military regimes are attempting to secure their legitimacy by following the international agenda. Meanwhile, ONEP, which is under the Ministry of Natural Resources Environment (MoNRE), is in charge of the Climate Change Policy. ONEP works with the German Federal Enterprise for International Cooperation (GIZ) to establish policies. The Climate Change Master Plan was established through the National Climate Change Committee (NCCC), which includes both the Prime Minister's Office and the climate change ministries. In this process, however, cooperation between the ministries was not smooth, and the committee had often been influenced by political issues. The formation process of Thailands climate change policy is influenced by the policy environment and the policy makers. Thus, the policy formation system can be summarized by the State-Driven model according to Cobb and Ross's classification. The study is distinguished by its examination of the climate change policies of developing countries that are relatively less studied in the international community and by its attempts to better understand the policy formation process. An examination of the formation process of the CCMP, that has not yet reached its enforcement stage, may be an important stepping stone to assess future policy direction and effectiveness. In conclusion, the study suggests that the international community should continue to monitor developing countries, including Thailand, to ensure that they can effectively establish climate change policies and respond to climate change. It also suggests that there is a need to establish a place for communication among the Thai government, the international community, environmental expert groups, and civil society in Thailand. .

Still, it has several technical issues with respect to scalability, geographic limitations, and interoperability. Studies have been proposed to adopt the concept of cloud federation to address these limitations. Although cloud federation has been envisioned to be a solution for IoT-as-a-Service, there is a paucity of studies from business and economic perspective. The research objective of this paper is to analyze IoT-as-a-Service federation model, which allows IoT providers to join and leave a federation, regarding the value that is created for IoT providers. An Agent-Based Model (ABM) with preparatory modeling schemes have been implemented, to conduct simulations of different federation scenarios. Simulation results demonstrate that this new concept of technology can contribute to the economic utility and technical efficiency by reducing costs, making better resource allocation, improving the Quality of Service experienced by end users.Contents 1. In addition, it is to grasp a substance of religious revival that began to appear with collapse of Soviet Union. This research, on the basis of the theory of Multidimensional religiosity, analyzes and reconstructs existing various survey data and results. As a result, we can think that there are more customary elements than religion or faith in contemporary Russian's religiosity. And the reason why this characteristic appears, can be found in the tradition of the religious life of Orthodoxy believers and the heritage of the Soviet period. In Russian Orthodoxy Church that stresses ritual(liturgy) and tradition, in particular, as the ritual was excluded in the Soviet period, religious knowledge of Russians, which was traditionally learned through the ritual, was discontinued. The severance brought about an autonomy which excessively impregnated into the religiosity of Russians. It made the religiosity of contemporary Russians more dubious. On the other hand, the contemporary Russian's religiosity might be clearer as time goes by when compared to the situations in the 1990s and the 2000s. In Russian history and considering present status of Russian Orthodox Church, as the religiosity becomes clear, the religion identity may become clear as well. It can also influence national identity.
