    Managing Tenant Movement scenarios based on Tenant Satisfaction during Occupied Renovation Activities

The two main classification of renovation methodologies are non-occupied condition and the occupied condition. The occupied condition allows the tenants to occupy the building during the construction, while non-occupied condition defines the complete vacancy of the building. The advantage of occupied condition, which the research focuses on, includes rental income collected during the renovation, retaining the tenant, and retaining the customer in the leasing market. The disadvantage of the occupied conditioned renovation includes durational disadvantages compared to the vacant building and considerations of the tenant within the building during the activity. During the occupied renovation, the time-cost tradeoff between finishing renovation quickly and obtaining rental income from partially occupied building necessitates an optimal solution. To optimize the solution, previous researches have focused on the optimization of the time-cost trade off using various analysis. During the analysis, case studies have shown that tenant satisfaction caused delays due to the movement of building user within the building. Since it is inevitable to create space for the workers without removing the tenants, managing tenant satisfactions requires detailed management skills. The tenant dissatisfaction that the renovation causes can result in schedule delay, cost overrun, and loss of building users productivity, which also creates Trade-off between tenant satisfaction, cost, and schedule. The research addresses occupant satisfaction as a main factor that hinders the occupied renovation and takes the satisfaction in to simulation input while scheduling the project. The research provides the building owner the tenant movement scenarios during the renovations works that considers occupant satisfaction as the most important factor.Chapter 1. Introduction 1 1.1.     본 논문은 전력용 변압기 상태감시를 위한 유비쿼터스센서 개발에 관한 것으로, 진단 파라미터를 선정하기 위하여 변압기의 이상 원인을 분류하고, 그에 따른 징후로써 부분방전 신호를 검출하였다. 변압기 절연체계에서 발생 가능한 결함을 모의하기 위해 epoxy-resin과 유절연지를 이용한 침-침, 침-평판, 평판-평판 전극을 제작하였으며, 결함에 따른 방전패턴을 분석하였다. 관련이론과 모의실험으로부터 변압기 2차 전압, 부하전류, 표면온도, 부분방전 신호의 크기(q) 및 발생횟수(n)를 변압기 상태 모니터링에 필요한 파라미터로 선정하였으며, 이러한 파라미터를 검출하기 위하여 센서모듈을 설계·제작하였다. 변압기 2차 전압, 부하전류, 변압기 표면온도의 정확한 측정을 위하여 전용의 전력 IC와 온도센서를 적용하였으며, 수 ns∼수 십 ns의 빠른 상승시간을 갖는 미소 방전신호를 검출하기 위하여 넓은 측정 주파수대역을 갖는 저잡음 증폭회로(Gain 40dB, 500Hz∼30MHz(-3dB)) 및 고속의 A/D 변환회로(105MS/S, 300MHz(-3dB))를 설계·제작하였다. 변압기 2차 전압 검출에는 전도 노이즈의 영향을 최소화할 수 있고, 적용이 용이한 절연 변압기(300V/4V)를 사용하였으며, 관통형 변류기를 이용하여 부하전류의 변화를 관측하였다. 변압기 권선온도의 직접적인 측정에는 어려움이 있으므로 변압기 외함 표면온도를 검출함으로써 변압기 권선온도를 간접적으로 측정하였다. 각각 설계된 모듈의 특성평가를 위하여 모의실험계를 구성하였으며, 실험결과로부터 변압기 상태감시를 위한 센서로써의 적합성 여부를 판단하였다.load and insulation conditions. A custom power IC and a high sampling A/D converter(105MS/s, 300MHz(-3dB)) were used to measure the parameters. Also, an amplifier with the bandwidthof 500Hz∼30MHz(-3dB) at a gain of 40dB were fabricated to detect small discharge signals. From the experiment results, it was proved that the ubiquitous sensor had the proper characteristics for monitoring the power transformer's load and insulation conditions.This thesis dealt with the development of a ubiquitous sensor module for condition monitoring of power transformers. Causes of power transformers' fault were classified and partial discharge signals were analyzed to determine diagnosis parameters. Electrode system such as a needle to needle, a needle to plane, and a plane to plane were fabricated using epoxy resin and insulation paper to simulate defects in insulation system of the power transformers. Also, partial discharge patterns were analyzed depending on defects types.
