Geometric nonlinear analysis of beams considering warping effect

학위논문(석사) - 한국과학기술원 : 토목공학과, 1998.2, [ iii, 53 p. ]박막 개단면을 갖는 3차원 보에 대한 기하학적 비선형 해석을 수행하였다. 변위역을 Total Lagrangian 수식화에 기초하여 나타내고 얇은보 또는 곡선보의 구조적인 거동을 보다 자세히 묘사하기 위하여 됨(warping) 자유도를 고려하였다. 전단 변형을 무시하는 Euler-Bernoulli 이론을 사용한 요소의 강성도는 Euler angle을 사용하여 전체 좌표계로 변환된다. 됨(warping) 자유도를 소거하기 위하여 정적응축을 수행한 뒤, 제안된 알고리즘과 연계한 발전된 arc-length법을 채택하여 snap-through 좌굴 현상이 발생하는 경우라도 효율적으로 극한점을 얻을 수 있게 하였다. 마지막에는 해석적인 결과와 이전의 다른 수치연구와의 비교를 통하여 제안된 방법의 효율성을 점검하였다.한국과학기술원 : 토목공학과

Diffractive patterning on Cr thin film using femtosecond laser pulses

In this paper, we suggested the femtosecond laser processing using the mask which makes Gaussian spatial beam distribution to a normalized distribution by Fresenel diffraction. Holography pattern of the size of $320{\times}320{\mu}m^2$ on the Cr thin film on glass substrate with a pixel size of $5{\times}5{\mu}m^2$ was fabricated according to the pattern generated by the iterative Fourier transform algorithm(IFTA) algorithm. We analysed the damage threshold with an assumption the power distribution as Gaussian profile as 45 $mJ/cm^2$. A Study of Electric field distribution on Nano-probe

In this work, a study on the energy distribution of short pulses at near field was performed for nano-scale processing. The finite-difference-time-domain (FDTD) method was employed to simulate the energy distribution in near field. The simulation was executed for NSOM tip with aperture and femto-second laser (λ=800㎚). The simulation results show that the energy distribution is a function of the tapered angle, the diameter of the aperture and the coating material of the tip. The intensity of laser energy behind the aperture decreases exponentially with increasing distance from the aperture, while the full width at half maximum is also expanded

균형성과표 기반 기업성과평가 지표의 가중치 비교연구: 기업수명주기를 중심으로

기업에서의 성과 측정은 기업의 전략과 최고경영층의 기대를 조직내에 소통시키는 역할을 한다. 기존의 성과 측정은 재무적인 측면이외에 기업의 경제적 가치를 장기적으로 창출하게 해주는 요인들을 식별하고, 이를 관리하는 것이 필요핟. 최근에는 기어브이 전략적 목표를 반영하여 재무적, 비재무적인 측면에서의 성괄를 측정하고자 하는 연구들이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Kaplan과 Norton의 Balanced Scorecard를 중심으로 다양한 비재무적인 성과 측정을 포함하여 하나의 통합적인 성과측정 지표을 마련하였다. 이러한 성과 측정에는 일반적으로 각 지표에 대한 가중치를 결정하는 과정을 필요로 한다. 각 성과 측정지표에 대한 가중치 결정에는 기업수명주기 - 탄생기, 성장기, 성숙기, 부흥기, 쇠퇴기 - 폭성이 반영되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 일반적으로 이러한 연구를 통하여 각 기업은 기업수명주기에 따라 성과측정 지표에 대한 가중치를 결정하여 각 해당부서에 대한 성과를 평가하거나, 개인성과를 평가하여 보상으로 연결할 수 있다
