Zeolite with MRE structure and their analogue materials possessing mesopore, and synthesis method thereof

본 발명은 제올라이트의 합성 조성에 특수 설계된 유기계면활성제를 첨가하여 합성한, 5 nm 이하의 두께의 결정성 골격과 그것들의 유기적인 조립에 의해 형성된 2 ~ 50 nm 크기의 메조기공이 규칙적이거나 불규칙적으로 배열된, 신규 MRE 제올라이트 및 그 유사 분자체 물질에 관한 것이다. 덧붙여 본 발명은 탈 알루미늄화, 이온 교환, 그리고 그 외의 다른 후 처리에 의해 활성화되거나 관능화 된 마이크로-메조다공성 분자체 물질 및 그 촉매 활용을 포함하고 있다. 이러한 신규 물질들은 마이크로기공과 메조기공의 위계적인 결합구조로 인하여 외표면적과 기공부피가 비약적으로 증가하였고, 이로 인하여 분자확산이 증진되어 기존의 제올라이트에서 보였던 촉매 및 이온교환 수지의 기능에서 활성이 크게 증가될 것으로 예상된다

위계나노다공성 제올라이트 외부 표면에 존재하는 산점의 촉매 작용에 관한 연구

학위논문(박사) - 한국과학기술원 : 화학과, 2014.8, [ vii, 90 p. ]The work presented in this thesis addresses the catalytic performance of hierarchically nanoporous zeolites with focus on the acid sites located on the large external surfaces of the nanoporous zeolites. Zeolites are crystalline aluminosilicate materials that have uniform micropores (0.3 < diameter < 1.2 nm) exhibiting the molecular-sieving effect. Zeolites also exhibit very strong acidity and structure stability. Due to these advantages as catalysts, zeolites account for 40% of the total heterogeneous catalysts in industrial applications. Typically, synthetic zeolites are obtained in the form of micrometer-sized crystals, so that the external surface area of zeolite crystal is much smaller than the micropore wall. In this case, since most of acid sites are located at the micropore wall, it is generally regarded that the catalytic reaction occurs mostly inside the micropores. In the micrometer-sized crystals, the length of micropore channels is quite long and diffusion of molecules is limited inside the channels. Due to this limitation, there would be an in-efficient usage of the deep part of the zeolite catalyst and the catalyst deactivation attributed to the blockage of pore channel by coke deposition. In order to overcome these problems, there have been many efforts to enhance the molecular diffusion by the addition of mesopores as a highway for molecules and reduction of crystal size to shorten the micropore channel length. Recently, the Ryoo and co-workers developed a surfactant-directed synthesis method for the preparation of hierarchically nanoporous zeolite with sub-nanometer crystal thickness. The method can be applied to the synthesis of various structure types of zeolites with MFI, BEA, MTW, and MRE structures. The nanoporous zeolites are composed of nanometer-sized crystals and have extremely short diffusion path length in the micropore channel. 포스트모더니즘의 여러 쟁점들

(아래의 발표 및 토론은 1992년 9월26~27일에 서울대학교 미국학연구소 주최로 온양에서 열였던 세미나 『포스트모더니즘과 미국문학』의 제2부 종합토론의 내용을 정리한 것이다.) 석경징: 주제발표 시간의 심도있는 발표와 열띤 토론으로 피곤하실 것 같습니다. 그렇더라도 우리나라에서 포스트모더니즘과 관련해서 적극적으로 논쟁에 참여하시는 분들이 이렇게 한자리에 모이기도 쉽지 않을 것 같으니, 이런 기회를 통해 평소 생각하시던 것을 바탕으로 논쟁을 벌이는 것도 의미있으리라 봅니다. 제가 1부 주제발표에서 나온 문제점, 그리고 미리 생각해 본 문제점들을 다섯 가지로 간추려 말씀드리겠습니다. 미리 말씀하실 것을 준비해 오신 분도 있을 것 같지만, 제가 간략하게 준비해 온 문제점들 중 한두 가지 문제에 연결시켜서 7~8분 정도 발표해 주시고 그 후에는 거기에서 제기된 문제점들에 대해 질의 응답형식으로 토론해 주시기 바랍니다. 부각되는 문제 중 첫째는 모더니즘과 포스트모더니즘에서 포스트를 둘러싼 혼란입니다. 이것은 포스트모더니즘이 서구의 사정을 알아차리는 차원의 문제인가 아니면 우리에게도 절실한 문제인가 하는 것까지 겹쳐서 외국보다 더 큰 혼란을 야기할 수도 있습니다
