A Study on the Material Property of Piston Ring and Valve Design of the Oilless Air Compressor for Marine Use

In recent years, medical, electricity, electronics, marine, rescue and various industrial fields are in need of purified compressed air. But, most of the parts for oilless air compressors for marine use are made locally except for main parts. The reason for this study is mainly concerned with the material property of piston ring and valve design of the oilless air compressor. In case of the valve plate, the heat treatment was carried out as many cycles and was compared with the results of the traditional products. It was analyzed that the fluidity of compressed air in the valve part by simulation of FLUENT. In case of the oilless piston ring, it was carried out the friction and wear test use self-lubricating materials that are PTFE, polyimide, carbon, copper and so forth. The results are summarized as follow. (1) In the results of heat treatment of domestic raw stainless steel, when they were quenched at 970℃ and tempered at 200℃, it was proven that they had same mechanical property and microstructure. There were no problems in applying the modified valve plates to real air compressor for marine use. (2) The valve design program was made based on Windows 98/NT. As the results, we can obtain the output data for delivery temperature, volumetric efficiency, mean flow velocity and effective flow area of compressed air. (3) It was analyzed that the macroscopic fluidity of the compressed air in the valve by FLUENT program to interchange with CAD. As the result, we can get the flow characteristics of the valve before producing the valve. (4) At the end, results of the material used consists of carbon, copper and cupric copper mixed with PTFE80%-polyimide20%. In case of copper10%, at 0.94m/s sliding speed, the mean friction coefficient showed 0.087, which is the lowest value in all specimens. In case of the specific wear rate, copper30% specimen showed the lowest value of 2.537E-5(mm3/Nm) in all specimens. 식민지 체제하 한국시의 민족적 저항: 김소월과 이육사를 중심으로

김소월(金素月)과 이육사(李陸史)는 다같이 일제 식민지체제하의 우리 시단에 등장, 활약한 시인이다. 두 시인 가운데 김소월은 정치나 사회문제와 거리를 가진 시, 곧 순수시의 갈래에 속하는 단형 서정시를 주로 썼다. 그 작품 경향으로 하여 그의 시는 우리 주변에 민족적 현실과 무관한 것이라는 통념을 형성시켰다. 이육사에 대한 우리 주변의 평가는 김소월의 경우와 사뭇 다르다. 그는 시인이기 전에 먼저 민족해방 투쟁의 대열에 섰다. 그는 20대 초에 이미 독립운동을 뜻하고 해외로 망명했다. 그 과정에서 무력 투쟁 단체에 참여했고 군사교육도 받았다. 이육사의 이런 이력서 사항은 한때 우리 주변에서 그의 모든 시가 항일 저항의 갈래에 들 것이라는 해석을 낳게 했다. 그러나 이런 통념들은 올바른 작품 해석에서 금기가 되는 지레짐작의 결과로 그릇된 것이다. 김소월의 작품에도 식민지체제하의 민족적 감정을 바닥에 깐 것이 있다. 그 대표적인 예가 되는 시가 「招魂」이다. 이제까지 우리 주변의 비평가들은 별 주석도 없이 이 작품을 애정시로 해석했다. 뿐만 아니라 8·15 직후 한때 우리 주변에서는 이육사의 「靑葡萄」에 나오는 청포를 입고 오는 손님이 민족 해방의 상징이라고 보는 견해가 퍼져 있었다

창작과 전략 : 우리와 동시대 시조에 대한 몇 가지 생각

(1) 이 작업은 시조의 본질을 되새기는 가운데 궁극적 노림수를 오늘 우리가 갖는 창작활동의 올바른 방향 설정에 둔다. 우리가 목표하는 바 작업이 제대로 이루어지기 위해서는 먼저 두 가지 정도의 인식이 전제될 필요가 있다. 그 첫 번째에 해당되는 것이 시조의 형태적 특징에 관한 것이며 그 다음에 문제되어야 할 것이 창작기법의 문제다. 한마디로 시조의 형태적 특성은 우리 고전시가 가운데서 정형성이 가장 강한 점에 있다. 다른 한국의 고전시가에 비해 언어 표현 솜씨 또한 두드러지게 세련된 단면을 드러내는 것이 시조 양식이다. 시조의 형태적 특징은 조윤제(趙潤濟) 박사의 「시조자수고(時調字數考)」이후 우리 주변에서 거듭 검토, 파악 시도가 이루어져 왔다. 그 결과 밝혀진 것이 이 유형에 속하는 작품들이 3장 6구로 이루어져 있으며 그 초장이 3·4·3·4, 중장 3·4·3·4, 종장 3·5·4·3 등의 자수율에 의거하고 있는 점이다(『韓國의 詩歌硏究』, 을유문화사, 1948). 시조의 또 다른 특성을 이루고 있는 것이 우리말의 결을 최대한 살려서 쓴 점이다. 널리 알려진대로 한국어는 자음과 모음의 양이 매우 풍부하다. 우리말은 그 순열과 조합을 통해 다른 언어와는 대비가 되지 않을 정도로 다양한 맛을 낼 수가 있으며 그것으로 운율상의 기능을 살릴 수가 있다. 매우 다양한 음성상징의 효과를 내는 표현을 구사해 온 것도 시조가 지니고 있는 특징적 단면이다

To study the reader's interests of "Simple Reader", I investigated In Yun Byun, Fukuoka and Hiroshima. There are a number of readers that read North Korean literary works in China. But Korean residents in Japan mostly. do not read literary works Yoon Dong Ju was born in Yun Byun, He died at the prison of Fukuoka while studying in Japan. 趙芝薰 문학 주변과 나

올해로 내가 조지훈 시인의 이름을 알고 지낸지가 60년을 훌쩍 넘기게 되었다. 그 동안 나는 이 시인에 대한 몇 편의 평론을 쓰고 작품을 분석할 기회도 가졌다. 그와 아울러 그를 소재로 한 한시도 써보았다. 다음은 지훈의 고향인 주실(注谷)에 조지훈 문학관이 낙성되고 나서 내가 현지에 내려가 보고 소감을 적은 7언율시한 수다. "헛브다 님의 집 뜰 한 낮인데 문 닫혔네 소슬한 가을바람 누구가 시를 읊나 반변천(半邊川) 푸른 물결 단풍바위 빗겨 좋고 일월산(日月山) 저리 높아 구름도 쉬어간다 먼 하늘 우는 기럭 정은 일어 다함 없고 연기 피는 옛 고을에 무슨 한 이러한가 고개 들어 세상살이 알고저 해보아도 천고(千古)에 푸른 산은 옳다 외다 말이 없다" 지금 주실에 있는 시인의 큰집에는 지키는 이가 있으나 정작 본집은 그 터만 남아 있을 뿐이다. 이 작품의 첫 줄이 적막문정(寂寞門庭)으로 시작한 것은 그런 까닭에서다. 또한 주실은 낙동강의 한 지류인 반변천 가까이에 있는 마을이다. 이 강은 영양의 일월산(日月山)에서 시작되어 남으로 흘러 입암(立岩), 청송과 진보(眞寶)를 거쳐 지금은 임하댐으로 막힌 안동부 앞에서 본강과 합류한다. 이 시에 나오는 반변천은 그 흐름을 가리킨다. 또한 일월봉(日月峰)은 일월산으로 영양군 청기면(靑杞面)과 일월면(日月面) 사이에 솟아 있으며 높이 1,919미터이다. 이 작품의 형태적 특성상 짝을 맞추기 위해 강과 산의 이름을 써 본 것이다
