We study how chemotaxis affects the immune system by proposing a minimal mathematical model, a reaction-diffusion-advection system, describing a cross- talk between antigens and immune cells via chemokines. We find the global well- posedness of the system and analyze the stability and instability arising in our chemotaxis model and find their conditions for different chemotactic strengths by using energy estimates, spectral analysis and bootstrap argument. Furthermore we also analyze the bifurcation to investigate the instability type. Numerical simulations are also performed to the model, by using the upwind finite volume method in order to deal with the chemotaxis term to visualize the analytical results. From the analytical and numerical results for our model, we explain not only the effective attraction of immune cells toward the site of infection, but also hypersensitivity when chemotactic strength is greater than some threshold

However, the drawback of low resolution in ultrasound imaging has prompted active research on multimodal imaging techniques that combine ultrasound with other imaging modalities to enhance diagnostic accuracy. In particular, ultrasound optical imaging-based multimodal technology enables the utilization of each modality's advantages while compensating for their limitations, offering a means to improve the accuracy of the diagnosis. Various forms of multimodal imaging techniques have been proposed, including the fusion of optical coherence tomography, photoacoustic, fluorescence, fluorescence lifetime, and spectral technology with ultrasound. This study investigates recent research trends in ultrasound optical imaging-based multimodal technology, and its potential applications are demonstrated in the biomedical field.
