    Insights into the genomic characterization and pathogenicity

    학위논문 (석사)-- 서울대학교 대학원 농업생명과학대학 농생명공학부, 2017. 8. 김희발.In these studies, genome-wide studies were conducted to have insights into the genomic characterization and pathogenesis. Although many researchers have tried to focus on the pathogenesis interaction with living organisms, little genomic research has been performed into the mechanism of pathogenesis leading to the disease. Therefore, to extend comprehensive understanding at the genomic level, I conducted comparative analysis and genome-wide association study. In chapter 2, I performed a comparative genomic analysis with the complete genomes of B. cereus strains which is well known as a gastrointestinal pathogen that induces food poisoning. Based on the result of comparative analysis, I could identify the virulence factors playing a crucial role in pathogenesis, positively selected genes and strain-specific genes of FORC_013. In chapter 3, pan-genome analysis was conducted using 20 Shigella complete genomes available on the NCBI genome database. I found not only the overall genetic contents in Shigella spp. but also newly obtained genes through horizontal gene transfer. And these species are defined as monophyletic groups using the phylogenetic tree based on the core gene clustering and ANI analysis. Genes under positive selection account for very low rate in the core genome. In chapter 4, genome-wide association studies on fusarium wilt resistance in radish (Raphanus sativus) was conducted to identify the relationship between phenotypic and genotypic data. I found the significant loci responsible for leading fusarium disease. Through these studies, I could not only understand about genetic features in living organisms but also provide a comprehensive insight into further studies regarding pathogenesis mechanism at genomic level.Chapter 1.     실시간 360 깊이 영상 측정을 위한 카메라 캘리브레이션 방법 및 그 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 360도 카메라 캘리브레이션 방법은 패턴 박스 내에서 360도 카메라의 미리 설정된 방향들 각각에 배치된 광각 카메라들을 이용하여 상기 패턴 박스 내의 패턴에 대한 광각 영상들을 촬영하는 단계; 상기 촬영된 광각 영상들 각각에 포함된 패턴의 분석을 통해 각 패턴의 좌표 정보를 검출하는 단계; 상기 360도 카메라에 대해 미리 설정된 카메라 모델에 기초하여 상기 광각 카메라들 각각의 센서에 프로젝션되는 각 패턴의 좌표 정보를 계산하는 단계; 및 상기 계산된 좌표 정보와 상기 검출된 좌표 정보에 기초하여 상기 광각 카메라들 각각의 내부 파라미터들(intrinsic parameters)과 외부 파라미터들(extrinsic parameters)을 캘리브레이션하는 단계를 포함한다

    Experimental Research of Interactions Between Children with Autism and Robots

    The purpose of this experimental study is to examine whether there is any difference in interactions of autistic children between electronic robotic toys and non-electronic robotic toys. Three young children with autism were observed while they played with six different electronic robotic toys with the power off and then with the power on. The frequency and duration of their interactions with each toys were collected using event sampling and partial interval methods to compare the mean differences in terms of their interactions. The results of the study showed that overall frequency and duration of interactions increased when participants played with electronic robotic toys. However, there was much variations in the order of toys each participant played with, in terms of duration and frequency. Research implications for future study and the limitations of this study were discussed.2

    본 연구는 자폐 범주성 장애 유아들이 시각, 청각, 촉각 자극에 대하여 어떠한 반응형태와 빈도로 반응을 보이는지를 각 자극이 장치된 로봇과의 상호작용을 통하여 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 자폐 범주성 장애 남자 유아 3명이며, 이 연구를 위하여 두 종류의 로봇이 사용되었다. 연구방법은 양적 연구방법과 질적 연구방법이 함께 사용되었다. 연구결과 자폐 범주성 장애 유아들이 선호하여 반응을 많이 보이는 것은 청각, 시각, 촉각의 순서였다. 자폐 범주성 장애 유아들은 선호하는 자극에 대하여 적극적으로 반응을 하며, 교사가 지시를 하지 않아도 자발어를 발생하였다. 이러한 발견이 시사하는 것은 자폐 범주성 장애 유아들과 상호작용을 잘 할 수 있는 중재매체는 유아들이 선호하는 자극들로 구성될 때 유아들은 그 중재매체와의 적극적인 상호작용을 할 수 있다는 것이다.2
