For oil reservoirs, waterflooding, artificially injecting water into the reservoir, can be used in order to enhance the oil recovery. Therefore, we must find the location of an injection well that improves oil productions by maximizing sweep efficiency. In this research, water arrival times from an injection well to a production well are equalized to maximize the efficiency of waterflooding. The water arrival times are calculated by streamline simulation and the location of an injection well is updated using the change of water arrival time for the distance to producers as a sensitivity. The location of an optimal injection well is determined when there is no change in the position of an injection well. By using the proposed method, the location of an optimal injection well is obtained giving within top 3% of cumulative oil productions. The location of an optimal injection well converges stably to one location regardless of initial points from 3 to 6 iterations. The role of STI (Shallow Trench Isolation) CMP removes silicon oxide on silicon nitride to make field oxide. In STI CMP process, the use of slurry with low removal selectivity results in change of field oxide thickness and decrease of over-polishing margin. To overcome these disadvantages, organic additives have been used to increase the removal selectivity by changing surface potential of the wafer. The effect of organic additives in slurry on STI CMP performance has not been reported yet. The purposes of this research were to measure surface potential of the wafer and effects of organic additives on removal selectivity. In this study, poly(acrylic acid) was investigated as an organic additive. In this study, glutaric acid, acrylic acid, and poly(acrylic acid) were investigated as the organic additives. Zeta potential was measured by using electrophoretic light scattering technique, and additive adsorption was monitored by FT-IR. Surface of wafers was characterized by FESEM. The removal rate of wafer was evaluated by using ellipsometry. The zeta potential of the wafer was measured according to pH in solution with or without additives. glutaric acid did not change the zeta potential of silicon nitride surface. However, when acrylic acid or poly(acrylic acid) was added, silicon nitride wafer showed the more negative zeta potential value. It was believed that zeta potential of silicon nitride decreased due to the adsorption of poly(acrylic acid) on wafer surface, which was confirmed by FT-IR analysis. On the other side, however, it's hard to connect renewable energy source to main grid because the grid-connection and line-operation technologies of distributed generation are not simple. Therefore, it is required to operate renewable energy source concerning the stability of frequency and voltage on main grid. In this paper, considering frequency regulation service cost in real-time market, photovoltaic(PV) output control scheme is discussed. Distribution system operator(DSO) can reduce frequency regulation service cost which is occurred by load variation as controling PV output reflecting frequency deviation. Based on literature review, this study formulated mediation models that included interpersonal intelligence, classroom sense of community, and career maturity. Interpersonal intelligence was subdivided into interpersonal abilities and interpersonal interests. A total of 892 middle school students across Korea (Seoul, Gyeonggi, Daegu, Gangwon, Chungbuk, Jeonbuk, and Gyeongnam) participated in the study. Results revealed that the indirect effects of interpersonal abilities and interests on career maturity via classroom sense of community were all statistically significant. Specifically, classroom sense of community appeared to increase as interpersonal abilities and interests increased, and interpersonal abilities and interests explained about 38% of the total variations in classroom sense of community. Second, although interpersonal abilities did not have a direct effect on career maturity, interpersonal interests directly affected the level of career maturity. Third, the impact of interpersonal abilities on classroom sense of community seemed to increase with the level of interpersonal interests. Future research directions and implications for career programs in schools are discussed
