고해상도 합성 개구 레이다 영상을 위한 광대역 디지털 첩 펄스 발생기 설계 및 구현

학위논문(석사) - 한국과학기술원 : 전기및전자공학전공, 2006.2, [ vii, 47 p. ]Wideband chirp pulse generation technology is the prerequisite of various imaging radars and target identification algorithms. The waveform generated by digital systems is much better repetition and coherency. Nevertheless, there still exist some difficulties to directly generate pulse signals with absolute large bandwidth by digital technology because the speed of current digital devices is limited. In this thesis, we present the simulation results of image with various bandwidth of chirp pulse and design two kind of digital chirp pulse generator called AWG and DDS technology. The bandwidth of AWG chirp pulse generator is 300MHz to 500MHz in digital chain. The linear FM waveform values also are generated for the sine look up table. Second one is DDS chirp pulse generator. We designed and implemented 300MHz wideband DDS chirp pulse generator. If we use analog technologies such as orthogonal modulator or double frequency chain circuits, the bandwidth of chirp pulse is extended 600MHz to 1000MHz. Implemented wideband digital chirp pulse generator can be used for the fine resolution imaging SAR system. It is possible to make 25cm to 50cm range resolution image.한국과학기술원 : 전기및전자공학전공

특이 섭동 기법을 이용한 불확실성을 갖는 비선형 시스템의 안정도 해석 및 강인 제어

학위논문(박사) - 한국과학기술원 : 전기및전자공학과, 2014.2, [ vii, 86 p. ]This dissertation presents the control design methods for the nonlinear systems containing the uncertainties. First, the robust stabilization of approximately feedback linearizable time-varying systems with uncertainties is considered. The original system is transformed into the singularly perturbed system by using high-gain feedback. Based on the Lyapunov stability theorem, a new stabilizing controller is proposed by using singular perturbation and feedback linearization. The proposed method relaxes the conditions for feedback linearization and compensates the effect of uncertainties. Second, the ultimate boundedness of the nonlinear singularly perturbed system with measurement noise is considered. In the nonlinear singularly perturbed system, the composite feedback controller is commonly used to stabilize the overall singularly perturbed system by using the slow subsystem and the fast subsystem. In the presence of the measurement noise, the composite feedback controller does not guarantee the ultimate boundedness of the singularly perturbed system with the measurement noise. Thus, we propose the modified composite controller to show the ultimate boundedness of the nonlinear singularly perturbed system with measurement noise. Third, the output feedback controller with fast state observer for the nonlinear singularly perturbed system is considered. We stabilize the nonlinear singularly perturbed system with the state feedback controller. The state feedback controller is suggested to stabilize the fast subsystem of the nonlinear singularly perturbed system. Then, by the stable slow manifold, the slow subsystem is stabilized. Using the state feedback controller and the fast state observer, we design the output feedback controller for the nonlinear singularly perturbed system. With the only fast state observer, we stabilize the nonlinear singularly perturbed system. 본 발명은 기존의 열벽증착법에서의 시간적 손실의 주된 원인이 되는 전처리 단계와 후처리 단계에서의 열처리과정을 하나의 장비에서 동시에 수행할 수 있도록 기판 홀더의 수를 증가시킴으로써, 열벽증착법을 이용하여 양질의 박막을 대량으로 생산할 수 있는 다수의 기판홀더를 포함한 열벽증착기를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다.본 발명에 따르면, 가공될 기판을 파지하여 가열할 수 있는 기판홀더 및, 기판홀더에 의해 파지된 상태의 기판과 증착물질을 수용하여 증착을 행하는 열벽부를 포함하는 열벽증착기에 있어서, 상기 기판홀더는 다수의 공정에 동시에 투입될 수 있는 다수의 홀더이고, 상기 열벽증착기는 상기 다수의 홀더를 공정순서에 따라 이동시키는 홀더이동수단을 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다수의 기판홀더를 포함한 열벽증착기가 제공된다

Data storage apparatus and method using flash memory device

본 발명은 입력 채널별로 분리되어 있는 플래쉬 메모리부를 동시에 제어하고, 각 플래쉬 메모리부를 구성하는 다수의 플래쉬 메모리소자를 하나의 소자처럼 사용함으로써, 동영상 신호와 같은 대용량의 데이터를 보다 빠르게 처리할 수 있는 플래쉬 메모리를 이용한 데이터 저장장치 및 방법을 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다.본 발명에 따르면, 각각의 플래쉬 메모리소자로 인가되는 중앙처리장치의 억세스 명령과 기록 명령을 입력받아서, 다수의 채널을 통해 입력되는 데이터신호를 각 채널별로 할당된 플래쉬 메모리부에 저장하는 데이터 저장장치에 있어서, 임의의 한 채널로부터 입력되는 상기 데이터신호를 시스템버스의 버스크기로 크기 변환하는 각 채널별로 할당된 버퍼 메모리부와; 상기 버퍼 메모리부에서 출력되는 크기 변환된 데이터신호를 각 채널별로 할당된 플래쉬 메모리부로 전송하고, 상기 중앙처리장치의 억세스 명령과 기록 명령을 상기 플래쉬 메모리부 각각으로 동시에 전송하는 데이터 경로 선택 회로부; 상기 데이터 경로 선택 회로부를 통해 입력되는 상기 크기 변환된 데이터신호를 저장하는 각 채널별로 할당된 상기 플래쉬 메모리부; 및 상기 각 채널별로 할당된 버퍼 메모리부, 데이터 경로 선택 회로부, 각 채널로 제어신호를 인가하는 제어부를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 플래쉬 메모리를 이용한 데이터 저장장치를 제공한다

CIRCUIT FOR GENERATING CONTROL CURRENT OF AMPLIFIER

본 발명은 증폭기의 내부 온도 또는 외부 온도가 가변되면 제어전류의 세기를 가변시켜 증폭기의 증폭도가 항상 일정하게 되도록 한 증폭기의 제어전류 발생회로에 관한 것으로서, 증폭기의 내부 온도 또는 외부 환경에 따라 증폭도가 가변될 때 이를 보상해주는 회로를 제공하고, 증폭기의 온도보상이 오동작하는 상황을 감지하여 이를 방지하기 위한 회로를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다.본 발명에 의하면, 사용자가 입력하는 증폭도 명령신호에 따라 가변되는 제어신호를 출력하는 사용자 인터페이스부와; 상기 사용자 인터페이스부로부터 입력되는 상기 제어신호에 따라 온도보상 구동전압을 분압하여 제어전압을 발생하는 전압발생부; 상기 전압발생부로부터 인가되는 상기 제어전압에 따라 가변되는 제어전류를 발생하여 상기 증폭기로 제공하는 전류발생부; 상기 증폭기의 외부 온도 및 내부 온도의 변화를 감지하여 온도 감지신호를 출력하는 온도센싱수단; 및 상기 온도센싱수단으로부터 입력되는 온도 감지신호를 입력받아 온도에 따라 가변되는 증폭기의 증폭도 변이를 보상하기 위한 상기 온도보상 구동전압을 출력하는 온도보상부를 포함하는 증폭기의 제어전류 발생회로가 제공된다

우주용 색편광 필터가 개시된다. 우주용 색편광 필터는, 복수의 파장별 색필터가 조합되어 형성되는 색필터층, 복수의 편광각별 편광필터가 조합되어 형성되는 편광필터층 및 투명재질로 형성되며, 색필터층 및 편광필터층이 일체가 되도록, 색필터층 및 편광필터층을 고정 및 지지하는 베이스층을 포함하되, 베이스층의 양면에 각각 색필터층 및 편광필터층이 결합되어, 복수의 파장별 색필터와 복수의 편광각별 편광필터가 일체로 형성된다
