    Determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in tea using solid phase microextraction coupled gas chromatography mass spectrometry

    本文优化了萃取条件,建立了顶空-固相微萃取(HS-SPME)、气相色谱-质谱测定茶叶中4种多环芳烃的方法.茶叶中多环芳烃含量和对应的信号强度在0.3~150mg kg~(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.1~0.2mg kg~(-1),回收率在72.6%~102.4%之间;茶汤中含量和对应的信号强度在0.01~10mg kg~(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.005~0.01mg kg~(-1),回收率为76.4%~103.6%.In this study, GC-MS coupled head-space solid-phase microextraction(HS-SPME) was applied to detect 4 kinds of PAHs in tea and in tea infusion. After the optimization of the experimental consideration, the linear ranges for the PAH4 signal intensity and their concentrations are found to be 0.3–150 and 0.01–10 mg kg~(-1). The detection limit is 0.1–0.2 and 0.005–0.01 mg kg~(-1), with recovery of 72.6%–102.4% and 76.4%–103.6%, respectively

    The Preparation of Three-dimensional Porous Silicon by Metal-assisted Chemical Etching

    以工业级多晶硅粉为原料,采用金属银诱导化学腐蚀的方法制备出三维多孔硅纳米线结构。系统分析了化学腐蚀硅粉的机理,特别是金属银催化剂对制备过程的影响。实验对比了不同腐蚀条件(腐蚀液温度、沉积银溶液浓度、光照条件等)对样品结构形貌和比表面积的影响。研究发现,腐蚀液温度升高有利于腐蚀过程中化学反应的进行;而沉积银溶液中的Ag nO3浓度适中,有利于样品表面形成分布均匀的孔洞;外部光照可增加光生载流子,促进反应进行,加快腐蚀速率,从而提高样品比表面积。通过优化腐蚀条件,得到形貌较优、比表面积较大(530CM2·g-1)的三维多孔硅纳米线结构。Three-dimensional porous silicon was fabricated by metal-assisted chemical etching of commercial polycrystalline silicon particles.The mechanism of etching process especially the effects of Ag catalyst on the formation of porous silicon were systematically investigated.The dependence of the morphologies of the etched structures on the temperature of etching solution, the outside illumination and the metal salt concentration were also discussed.By optimizing the etching conditions, three-dimensional porous silicon-nanowires with best morphology and highest specific surface area( 530 cm2·g-1) was obtained.国家自然科学基金资助项目(61176050); 福建省中青年教师教育科研项目(JA15651

    Direct Reductive Cyanation of A 2-Pyrrolidinone Chiral Building Block Bearing An Unprotected Hydroxyl Group: A Stereoselective Synthesis of N-Methyl-2-epi-bulgecinine

    报道手性合成砌块(4S,5R)-N-芐氧基-5-羟甲基-2-吡咯烷酮(3a)的直接还原氰基化及产物的立体化学与转化研究.含未保护羟基的内酰胺用L; iAlH_4/KCN体系直接还原氰基化,生成比例为69:; 31的2,5-反式/顺式非对映立体异构体.与文献类似结果对比显示,氰基负离子对5-羟甲基-△-1-吡咯啉鎗中间体的加成主要受立体电子效应和C(5; )位取代基(羟甲基)与进攻试剂间烯丙型1,3-位阻控制.该混合物在碱性条件下水解,生成比例为10:; 90的2,5-反式/2,5-顺式-bulgecinine衍生物.这一结果表明氰基水解反应伴随着在C(2)位发生了有合成价值的串联差向异构化.由此; 建立了立体选择性地合成2,5-顺式(-)-N-甲基-2-别-bulgecinine的简便方法.The direct reductive cyanation of N-benzyl-4-benzyloxy-5-hydroxymethyl-2-pyrrolidinone (3a), a lactam bearing a free hydroxyl group, has been achieved with the LiAlH4/KCN combination. The reaction afforded 2,5-trans-2-cyano-5hydroxylmethyl-4-benzyloxy-pyrrolidine (5a) and its cis-diastereomer 5b in a ratio of 69: 31 with a combined yield of 63%. The observed 2,5-trans-stereoselectivity is suggested to be resulted from both stereoelectronic effect and allylic 1,3-strain between the hydroxymethyl group at C(5) and the incoming cyanide anion on the presumed Delta-1 pyrrolinium ion intermediate. The subsequent hydrolysis of the cyano group of the diastereomeric mixture 5a/5b (trans: cis=69: 31) under basic conditions afforded the corresponding 5-hydroxymethyl-4-benzyloxyproline with 2,5-cis-diastereomer as the major diastereomer (trans: cis= 10: 90). This result implies that a synthetically useful epimerization at C(2) has occurred concomitantly.     Analysis of Defects in the Clinical Specimens and Observation on Effect of Process Reengineering

    目的 对临床标本送检流程进行改进,规范标本的储存和运送流程,以降低临床标本的不合格率。方法 成立标本流程再造团队,统计2014年1—12月及2015年1—12月的不合格的检验标本,绘制标本采集运送流程,分析临床标本送检的流程,对存在的缺陷环节进行分析,进而制定改进措施,对标本的采集、标本的存储、交接及运送进行流程优化再造。对比再造流程前后标本送检的不合格率。结果 标本不合格率由2014年的2.73‰下降至2015年的2.12‰(P〈0.01)。结论 对临床标本运送流程进行分析改进,有效降低标本不合格率,提高标本管理的有效性,确保医疗护理安全。Objective To improve the procedure of clinical specimen delivery, standardize the storage and delivery of specimens, so as to reduce the disqualification rate of clinical specimens. Methods Specimen reengineering team was established, and unqualified specimens from January to December 2014 and January to December 2015 were collected. Drawing specimen collection and transportation process, and the existing defects were analyzed, then the improvement measures are made. The process of specimen collection, specimen storage, hand over and delivery was optimized. The unqualified rate of the sample before and after the reconstruction process was compared. Results The rate of unqualified specimens declined from 2.73%0 in 2014 to 2.12‰ in 2015 (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The analysis and improvement of clinical specimen delivery process can effectively reduce the rate of specimen failure, improve the effectiveness of specimen management, and ensure the safety of medical care

    Assessment of impact of intensive livestock cultivation on water environment in mountain and hilly areas of South China

    [摘要]选择南方山地丘陵区典型规模畜禽养殖集中地为研究区域, 通过对该研究区域周边地表水及地下水的 调查采样, 分析主要污染物时空变异及污染物形态之间的变化, 并对周边水环境进行初步评价。结果表明: 规模化畜禽养殖区域的浅层地下水和地表水已经受到严重污染; 养殖场的环保处理设施与养殖规模不配套 造成大量污染物进入地表水环境; 生物氧化塘的护堤和塘底未经防渗处理, 造成下游地下水污染; 养殖场排 放的污水经厌氧和好氧生物处理后富含有机质、氨氮、可溶态有机磷, 利于作物吸收和生长, 应尽量循环使 用。指出由于养殖污水变化较大, 为避免二次环境污染, 必须处理达标后结合配方施肥技术按需回用农田。[Abstract]By selecting a typical site of intensive livestock cultivation in a mountain area of South China as the study area, and investigating and sampling surface and groundwater in the study area, the spatial and temporal variat ions of the main pollutants and changes among pollutant forms were analyzed. The environmental effects of intensive livestock cultivation on surrounding water environments were evaluated. The results indicated that the shallow groundwater and surfacewater were heavily contaminated in the intensive livestock cultivation area. Large amounts of the pollutants entered the surface water, due to the fact that the wastewater treatment facility did not match the scale of livestock cult ivation. The lack of liner treatment of the bank and liner of the lagoon resulted in groundwater pollution. The effluent wastewater from the culturing farm after anaerobic and aerobic biologic treatment was full of organic matter, ammonia nitrogen, and dissolved organic phosphorus, which aided the growth of plants and should be recycled. Because of the significant change of the wastewater component, and in order to avoid secondary pollution, the wastewater should be recycled to land combined with precision fertilizer formula technology after treatment to bring it to the standard.福建省重大科技项目(2002H009);福州大学人才基金项目(XRC-0611
