    本发明公开了一种快速、灵敏的检测痕量敌鼠和敌鼠钠盐的方法,以离子迁移谱技术为基本检测技术,利用毒物检测仪作为检测手段,研究在正、负离子模式下同时检测敌鼠和敌鼠钠盐样品。同时实现了无需任何复杂的样品前处理,可直接检测咖啡、可乐、苹果汁等饮料中的敌鼠钠盐。本测量方法简便、快速,可靠性好。测量时间仅需0.5min,检测限分别可以达到50ppb。敌鼠钠盐在不同饮料中的最小检测量约为1ng,而成人口服敌鼠钠盐0.06-0.25g可引起中毒,这个量利用离子迁移谱毒物检测仪完全可以准确检出。基于法庭科学方面的应用研究需求,软件控制仪器可以根据毒物检测信号强度实施报警模式。待填

    A single photon ionization time of flight mass spectrometer with membrane inlet has been described and applied for on-line measuring volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in water. Automatic sampling, enrichment and measurement of VOCs were achieved by using a polyolimethyl siloxane (PDMS) membrane with a thickness of 50 mu m, a peristaltic pump and electric switch valve. There is almost no memory effect in the membrane inlet system. Single photon ionization processes were accomplished with photons of 10.6 eV emitted from a commercial low pressure discharge krypton lamp, and almost no free fragment was found in mass spectrum. Thus, it can be used for chemical compounds identification according to their molecular weight. The response times for benzene, toluene, xylene and chlorobenzene were all shorter than 100 s. The detection limit of benzene is 3 x 10(-9) (volume fraction), and an excellent linear response was observed in the range of 10 x 10(-9) (V/V) to 1 x 10(-6) (WV). The instrument was tested to analyze VOCs in the sewerage from a chemical plant, and more than twenty compounds of VOCs with concentration in 10 x 10(-9) (V/V) level were observed in 200 s.     搭建了一套纳升级电喷雾-离子源离子迁移谱仪。首先,分别对尾吹气流速、溶剂流速等影响仪器去溶剂化效果的参数进行了研究和优化。在此基础上,用一系列胺类化合物对该仪器的去溶剂化效果、分辨能力以及灵敏度进行了表征。实验结果表明,该仪器能够对电喷雾离子液滴实现完全去溶剂化;三辛胺的检出限可以达到10μg/L。最后,将该仪器用作高效液相色谱的检测器,在无需衍生化的条件下对胺类混合物样品进行检测。由三乙胺、二乙胺以及丁胺组成的混合样品被成功分离并测定。该系统对三乙胺、二乙胺以及丁胺的线性响应范围均达到近两个数量级
