一種由台灣山區分離出之綠藻,小球藻 Chlorella sp. DT可於緩慢脫水乾燥條件下存活,且 發現細胞內之類胡蘿蔔素Zeaxanthin, Antheraxanthin 含量會有明顯的增減,同時可溶性蛋白部分有 新的耐旱蛋白出現.因此本計畫將更進一步以 同步生長的小球藻細胞來詳細的瞭解不同生長 週期的細胞是否對耐乾燥的反應一致,耐旱蛋 白與光反應活性在不同時期細胞,不同乾燥及 在液體恢復生長的反應等
