    本工作采用能量相关的位垒穿透模型分析了12C、14N、16O、32S、35Cl和40Ar等重离子全熔合激发函数数据,提取了势函数E1、V1、E2、V2、Rb和hω.数据分析表明,能量相关的位垒穿透模型能够满意地复现全熔合截面随能量变化的行为.The complete fusion excitation function for several systems formed by 12C, 14N, 16O, 32S, 35Cl and 40Ar ion with some targets have been analysed by an energy-dependent bsrrier penetraction model. The potential parameters E1, V1, E2, V2, Rb and Hω have been extracted from the experimental daal. It Shows that the energy-dependent barrier penetraction model can describe sads factorily the behaviour of the change of the fusion cross section with the bombstding energy

    用低压MOVPE方法研制出了波长为650nm与670nm的GaInP-AlGaInP半导体量子阱可见光激光器,并已形成一定批量生产能力。批量生产的670nm与650nm半导体量子阱可见光激光器的阈值电流典型值为35mA,额定输出光功率不小于5mW,标称工作温度不低于50℃,预计20℃时寿命接近100000小时,主要技术指标达到目前进口同类产品水平,完全可以满足实验要求

    在重离子反应中,尽管统计涨落是很明显的,但是在以前的关于重离子全熔合反应的理论模型中未加考虑.本工作在经典轨道模型框架内,在运动方程中包括了Langevin无规力,采用Monte-Carlo轨道抽样方法计算了100Mo+100Mo和86Kr+123Sb全熔合反应的几率,并且与实验值进行了比较It is not considered in the previous theoretical models on the complete fusion reactions, though the statistical fluctuation is very obvious. In the present work in framework of the classical trajetory model the Langevin random force is included in the motion equations.
